Why is the vehicle not responding?

I have a Fortin evo all, a evo start lte, and also shock sensor. I’m getting feedback from the car which shows up on the Evo start, but commands sent aren’t working, and when the evo alarm goes off the vehicle alarm does not. I was hoping you could tell me if there’s some wiring that I’m not aware of, or if the process with the dcryptor is wrong? everything seemed to program correctly. I used the CHR7 T-harness and it’s on a 2018 grand Cherokee. What am I missing?

Sounds like the evo start lte was not paired to the evo-all. Also make sure option H2 was enabled in the evo-all for the evo start lte.
