Hello. The 2021 Ioniq manual states the following... "US Models: If the (~) PATS Data wire is not present, the vehicle is not equipped with an immobilizer. For CAN functions, use programming #2." But where is this "programming #2"?

Hello,

Normally thats just can bus programming.
