I won't be in here if there's not an issue now I believe there's an issue either with the harness itself or the module because after 6 or so months into using the remote start I had to change the starter it just went bad after install and used also noticing the noises coming from the hood after remote smart in the area where the starter I located I'm serious about this because I have to use the vehicle to go to a lot of doctors appointments

Evo start2 has no gps. That feature you are referring to used to be the gps of the phone for setting a pin, however since the app is no longer being updated that feature no longer works.

Yes I have heard of some issues with the new android operating system update, I have heard reports of people using split screen to get around it for now.

Looking at the S/N this unit has never finished programming. Which is why its alternating red/yellow, it needs to have the dcryptor process done. This will require the flash link updater and a computer.

I would suggest reaching out to shops in your area to inquire about getting the system checked by a tech with the tools required to work on the system.

Your module has not been flashed yet.

Before programming the unit in the vehicle you must flash the unit using the flash link updater (sold seperately) for the vehicle being worked on.

There are two different devices available to techs in order for them to be able to flash modules and set them up for whichever car they are working on. If you are an end consumer working on your own vehicle, you will need the tools to get the job done. These required products are listed on every vehicle compatibility page.

Flash Link Mobile is a mobile tool for techs primarily and runs on a phone app.
The Flash Link Updater which uses the Flash Link Manager windows software.

The Flash Link Manager software is available here and requires the Flash Link Updater (not the flash link mobile)..

Depending on where you purchased the unit from and what vehicle you have, you may or may not need the flash link.

What is the 12 digit service number of the module?

- D/C evo start lte

- Connect rf kit, program rf kit to evo-one

- D/C RF kit

- Connect evo start lte, program evo start lte to evo-one

- Connect both evo start lte and rf kit, both should work.

The programming sequences between the 2 are identical except there is no button to press on for the evo start lte, it will just automatically send the signal to the evo-one to program at step 5.

Make sure option 32.3 was set in the remote starter of the evo-one, this if so the drk blue wire will pulse atfer shut down. If it was not set then the lights will not shut off after shut down.

Also you should test the wire you are on to ensure it is actually the drivers door pin wire.

Make sure options a1 through a11 are on, as well as option c1, d1 and d2.

If the issue is still present, turn off settings protection, save it in the off position, master reset the unit in the vehicle, then re enable all options needed and re program the module to the vehicle.

After remote starting the vehicle, pressing the brake is what shuts down the remote starter. If you were to press the Push button, the car would shut down, but the remote starter is still active so it will restart the car.

- The evo-one does not offer horn chirp on remote start. Horn chirp while locking is only supported with Fortin RF kit and your unit is currently set to chirp the horn only on the 2nd lock command, not the first (option 11).

Parking Brake- green - parking brake switch, black 1 pin connector, pin 1
Dome Light - blue - driver A pillar --or-- BCM behind instrument cluster, black 15 pin connector, pin 8
Trunk/Hatch Pin - gray (right back door upper) - driver A pillar --or-- BCM behind instrument cluster, white 40 pin connector, pin 13

2019 Qashqai vehicle has no crank no start when the module is plugged in.

2019 Nissan Qashqai, automatic, key-start. Installed Evo-all with T-harness. Stand alone install.

Evo-all programmed fine. Got the correct lights when programming, dcryptor went through fine. Installed the module back in the vehicle after dcryptor, the vehicle will not crank / start. Unplugged module, left the t-harness connected, vehicle starts fine (with a bunch of codes). Cleared the codes, re-installed Evo all module, no crank / no start.

Also, the evo-all module does not light up / respond to the vehicle FOB (I.e. no light flashes when pressing lock or unlock)

Things I have done so far: checked t-harness (pin location, made sure plugs are seated properly). Removed t-harness, vehicle starts fine, re-installed t-harness, vehicle starts fine, re-installed Evo all module, same issue, no crank / no start.

Downgraded firmware to minimum, no changes.

SN 001A07 284515

Current firmware loaded - 72.52

I have not tried to replace evo-all with a different one.

Could the evo-all module be bad?

Installing stand-alone on a 2020 Nissan Frontier PTS. The Frontier has a factory hood switch for alarm functions. The config / options section of the guide states to set A11 to OFF if no hood pin. Does this imply to set A11 to ON in this circumstance? And I assume the blue hood pin wire is moot in this situation, or does it require grounding as the full diagram illustrates? A little confused on the intent.
