As mentionned earlier, the EVO-ALL DOES NOT offer remote start on this vehicle. Using the EVO-ALL as a Stand Alone remote starter for a 2020 Honda CRV PTS is not available.

Hello,

Modules with a manufacture date of 2017 and older cannot be configured using the flash link or reset. Please use a unit with a manufcature date of 2018+.

This unit can still be used as is as long as the vehicle it is being installed into requires no computer configuration of the evo.

Modules dated 2015 and older are not updateable nor can they be reset. This unit would fall into that category.

- engine off checks every 2 hours.

- engine on check roughly every 3 minutes.

Please include the following:

- email associated to the evo-start lte account

- the device number (you can get this by taping on the vehicle name on the home screen in the app, it will be the 810 number)

- which plan you are renewing, Usa 1 year or Canada 3 year.

Yes you can add evo start lte to this exisiting set up.

Yes they also demand it in the scheme, it is required, it is there. Only since I couldn't find how to perform two positive ignitions and two positive starters, I only used two positive starters and a single positive ignition. Ok thank you very much, no more questions. Kind regards!

Hello,

Fortin does not suggest re using modules. The modules are ment to be installed into 1 vehicle.

If you are going to do so, yes a reset is suggested.

Here is the link to performing a master reset. The document states for evo-all but the same reset aplies to the evo-one, just simply plug in the main 6 pin for the units power and ground.

No updates as of yet, it is still being looked into at this time. One thing you can try that was suggested is to remove the connectors between the evo and the dsm500 and to manually splice the wires together between the data link cable and the dsm550.

Renault Kadjar 2020 Evo All standalone

I have a Renault Kadjar 2020 with push button, I want to install Evo All as a standalone solution for remote starting the car, Renault Kadjar and Nissan Rogue Sport share their major components and are similar in a lot of aspects, they have the same BCM and same wiring sockets, I have followed the guide for Nissan Rogue sport and there are differences in the following : 1- OBD ignition ( pin 8 is empty ) 2- 24 Pin Black Socket ( Pin 19 is empty while Blue wire is on Pin 20 ) 3- 40 Pin black Socket ( Pin 9 is empty ) 4- Most of the Wiring Colors are different than the guide Please keep in mind that i have already used the same solution on a Nissan Qashqai ( similar to rogue sport ) but with a T harness and it worked My main concern now is to have a correct wiring guide for Renault Kadjar and i am confident that it will work

When you send RS from the crimestopper remote, do you get any type of error code from the parking lights (if they were connected) or clicks from the cool start unit?

it shouldnt need to be reset or re programmed. Although it might have to be now that youve been attempting to program it.

Most T-harness cannot be purchased directly from the website.

If it's for the EVO-ALL, there are combos called EVO-FORT3 and EVO-CHRT4 for both those cars.

Since we are a company based out of north america we can only test on locally available telematic modules. You will need to check with DEI or MyCAR if they offer their products where you are and if the modules are identical to the NA models.

Hey Chris, how did you set up the relay for the heated seat? I have a 2015 Kia Sorento Push-to-start and I used yellow/black on the seat warmer switch and tried to remote start it a few hours after at -16 degrees C. Nothing happened.. how did you do it with the relay?

Thanks for the reply. Got the Evo-One installed and working. Using a RFU-Compu with RF901SS kit. Not getting the Evo-Start to program properly. Following procedure: .....press programming button 5x, press brake pedal 1x, LED on EVO-Start does not flash blue. Any ideas? Also when I plug in the Evo-Start antenna I lose the response from the remotes, Evo-Start harness plugged in it works fine. Disconnect only the antenna and remotes work again.

Unfortunately there is no way to allow the remotes to stay active. The car will not allow the remotes to lock-unlock once it is on.

You should be able to but you would want to diode isolate the trigger wires from each other.

Not 100% sure though as I have never personally done both at once on an evo one.

2018 Buick Enclave Successfully Done With Envision Firmware and EVO-GMT6

Just to let everyone know I have successfully installed a EVO-GMT6 in a 2018 Buick Enclave with the firmware and install guide for the Buick Envision of the same year. BCM Location is exactly the same and programming is the same. However, Location of KEY reader isn't in the cup holder, it's located in the bottom of the center console centered and to the back.

Anythony thanks so much! I got it working! You were right about the long range remote. I disconnected the long range remote antenna but left the HRN-LLRS-01 wire harness on. I went through the process again of putting the EVO-ONE in programming mode for setting up the module, and first try I got it!

I don't need to use the long range remote anyway since sometimes it wouldn't even turn on the car from 2 blocks away!

Battery life will depend on usage. Normal use can expect at least one year of battery life.

Both side of the case are clipped together. Seperate them from the bottom and yes a little force might be needed.

Settings protection is on so thats good, a master reset is fine to do but you will need to re program the module in the vehicle afterwards.
