Modules with a manufacture date of 2018 and less cannot be configured at the flash link updater.

Please use a module with a manufacture date of 2019+.

Modules dated 2015 and older are not configurable at the flash link updater. This unit dating from 2014 falls into that category.

No it will not. Fortin does not offer a solution for the push button start only for the standard key trim.

if it is attempting to start, then it is not a ready mode issue.

It sounds like the light blue/black immo data wire is on the wrong side of the vehicles immo data wire. It need to be on the vehicle side and not the connector side.

Thank you for getting back to me.

I must have made an error in the bypass programming, because once I redid the steps to program the immobilizer bypass, the locks worked fine. Everything on my Fortin system works great now.

Any firmware that starts with 85.xx should be fine, do however post the SN number of the module so we can check the options enabled.

When you say 'remote start reliably" what exactly do you mean? Same goes for the "wake up the light circuit"

It may be that the vehicle is not equipped with an immobilizer.

If that is the case, you ignore the programming in the vehicle and you set options 2.4 and 20.2 in the starter, then hardwired everything and program your rf kit.

I just needed to cut the yellow loop wire. I already had it programmed correctly to the blue light.

I have already tried taking out the immobilizer wire out but still won't start. The Evo One module programmed correctly.

There are 2 different connector at the ECM, make sure you are looking at the good one.

No, key sense is not required in this configuration.

They don't have the Evo all listed as a standalone unit. From what I see you need an additional remote starter. You will not on have to tap wires but also cut wires.

Got an RF-kit and it works fine...had to disconnect the auto-light because it wasn't shutting the lights off but simple fix...thanks guys

Easiest test would be to turn on option D2. then remote start the vehicle. if idle mode lets you use the doorlock system it would almost seem like doing lock unlock lock, the last lock press still puts the vehicle in a Locked/Armed state.

Having D2 on, even if you press lock unlock lock, the vehicle will unlock again just before powering up the ignitions therefore eliminating any chance the vehicle's oem alarm system to re-arm.

working on a 2016 scion frs. using evo all with a compustar cm7000. evrything program correctly and works from compustar remote. and I have option C1 on as per the manual but the OEM remote does not activate the compustar alarm, and not sure if supported but 3x lock does not work either.\

edit: put everything together and now it starts but the cars shuts off after a couple seconds. locks still work and tach programs okay.

i also noticed on the installation it says to interupt the security light. there is no wire in that location given in the installation manual

this is what happening, I flashed it to a BRZ and re did the dycrptor and at first it indicated that the valet mode was on so I turned it off and it does the same thing as the video.

Right now there is remote starter firmware loaded into the BYPASS portion of the evo-one.

This is why you are getting disconnect errors.

The EVO-ONE is two modules in one. A remote starter module and a bypass module.

When flashing firmware on the bypass side, it must say Connection Mode: Bypass on the bottom right of the Flash-Link Manager screen. If it says Connection Mode: Remote Starter. you must hit the TOGGLE button to swap over to the other mode.

Yesterday I tired as a 2015 Subaru BRZ Push to start and also as a 2014 Scion FRS pust to start but this morning I tried as a 2014 Subaru BRZ pts and it seems to have taken the data. When I flash for a Subaru irecommneds to use 79.30 and not 79.33 but this is what the module reads if someone can confirm it's right.

Never saw this vehicle without immobilizer, this is why your programming is not working.

Try this way :

Press programing button and connect main harness 6 pin connection.

Release when the blue LED is on alone.

Turn ignition ON

When the blue LED flash rapidly, turn ignition off.

Scion IM has a different key casing but the chip is the same as all H key vehicle.

Hi, I just got a Excalibur RS 260 DP and Key-Override-All bypass module to install on 2007 Scion tc but the RS 232 data connection wires between the remote starter and the module does not match, is it posibble to use or do I need to get a different bypass module? Thank you
