I have installed a brand new THAR-AUD2 module on my 2018 Audi A5 Sportback and it works fine with a key attached, but I want my key back, so I want to use the Dcryptor to create a virtual key. I am unable to access the Dcryptor programming portion of FlashLink Manager, no tab appears. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software, but it did not help. My module SN# 001A07 796255. Please help.

2015 Audi Q3 push to start.

Evo rs with t harness

Install is all complete. I get to step 9. The blue flashes rapidly, push ignition, everything starts to cycle, the lights flash rapidly then red flashes 3x and continues to flashes 3x. Tried many times and still get the red flashing 3x.

Checked all wires

Issue:
Vehicle does not detect key fobs when THAR-AUD2 T-harness is installed

Hardware:

EVO-ALL
THAR-AUD2 T-harness (from EVO-AUDT2 kit)

Symptoms:
When the THAR-AUD2 T-harness is installed, the vehicle displays the message:

“Remote Control Key. Hold back of key against designated area.”

The vehicle will not start.

Troubleshooting Performed:

Placed working fob (with battery) in the cup holder (designated area) → vehicle still does not start
Second fob is attached to the harness antenna with the battery removed
Attempted EVO-ALL programming procedure (waited for LED to turn blue) → no change
Tried starting with working fob in hand and in cup holder → same message
Disconnected EVO-ALL module from the T-harness → issue still occurs
Removed the T-harness completely → vehicle immediately detects both fobs and starts normally
Reinstalled T-harness → issue returns

Key Observation:
The issue occurs solely from installing the THAR-AUD2 T-harness, even with the EVO-ALL module disconnected. Removing the harness restores normal key detection and vehicle operation.

Request:
Please advise if this is a known issue with the THAR-AUD2, a compatibility concern, or if additional configuration or wiring checks are recommended.

There is compatibility with 2002 a4 and s4 but will it also work with the A6, S6, Rs6 of the same year?

Just like the title. The vehicle is a 2002 S6. The evo ALL states it supports 2002 a4/s4, but will the firmware also be compatible with 2002 A6/S6/Rs6 platforms as well?

I installed the EVO-AUDT2 in my 2019 Audi Q7. Initially I did not have an rf kit so I was using my oem remote to remote start the car. And it worked perfectly. I then purchased the RFK942 and the RFA2A. Reflashed my EVO ALL with new setting to include the rf kit. After I program the RFK942 remotes and turn off the vehicle, all the lights (red, yellow, blue) on the EVO ALL flash for a few seconds and then turn off. Neither of the remotes work and my oem remote does not even work now. I have tried programming multiple times and all 3 lights on the EVO ALL just keep flashing for a few seconds after turning off the ignition and neither of the remotes still work.

This is probably my 5th evo install. My first time for an older car.. I have a 2008 Audi A4. I purchased the Evo All for the remote starter install. I used install guide 85651... first thing i did was the software download. In the software download only thing I edited was i turned on Standalone function, which was off. Once i did the original download.... next was the wiring. I did everything that was in the guide for without data link: san data link... so, once I plugged the plug in plug B. then the rest of the plugs. It just turned Blue. There was no Blue, Red, Yellow and Blue & Red LEDs will alternatively illuminate. But with the blue light lit... I hit the remote.. it did everything like it was going to start the vehicle. Locked the door. Then I heard clicking coming from module like it was going to start but it didn't.. any suggestions. Your help will be appreciated.

Installed the EVO-ALL & RFK942 combination remote starter on a 2015 Audi A6 C7 model.

Using the RFK942, I was able to remotely start the vehicle. However, about 20 seconds after the engine started, an error message appeared.

After that, I could no longer use the RFK942 to stop the engine.

It is possible to stop the engine by getting into the vehicle and using the start/stop button.

What could be causing this issue?

Is the EVO-ALL configuration incorrect?

I would appreciate any solutions.

when I go onto the app and try and activate and bind the devide ino matter what I do it will always say incorrect credentials. is the evo start already locked or what causes that.

Additonaly what is required to bind the deivce to the app, do the entire evo one module and evo start need to be fully connected to the car in order for it to bind?

Please write a complete list of what is needed for self-connection, programming and setting up remote engine start from OEM key fob using Evo-All VWT1 unit on AUDI S3 8V 2015 with start button?

I can't understand whether I need only R-link or only TB-VW or do I need both of these units, and what is needed to program the immobilizer bypass so as not to leave the key in the car?

And do I need a transponder?

So that I can order everything at once and not have to order the missing parts to Ukraine again and only then figure out how to install it using the instructions :)

Hello I have an EVO-one module with the RFK442 remotes installed in a 2018 Audi SQ5 pushstart. The 442 kit works as it should until I drive off. The car says no key detected. It was my understanding you could use these 442 remotes just like the oem key? But is the RFK442 only for locking, unlocking, remote starting?

I need to speak with someone regarding the installation of an evo-all system into my 2015 Audi Q5.

I am an automotive Technician and am currently trying to install the Evo-Audt1 into my vehicle.

I chose this kit, due to the simplicity of the t harness and not wanting to tap into many wires behind the key port.

Prior to purchase, I compared OEM and Fortin diagrams, and found very minor differences, but none with the T harnesss/key port plug side of things.

Looking at OE wiring diagrams. There seems to be no differences between the 2014 and 2015 Audi Q5 as far as the anti theft/key wiring goes.

I wanted to know on yalls end what the difference might be as to why I am unable to use the T harness to complete my installation.

I’ve tried using programming for a 2015 with the correct options, as well as a 2014. To no avail, although, the 2014 option seemed to work best, just was unable to decrypt the key when I got to that step, as expected.

When I do the 2014 programming procedure ( guide 77151 ), i get to step 8, which then the module flashes red rather than alternating red to yellow.

I’m really Looking for a technical description as to why this is the case, what is different, and what I could do with what I have installed into the vehicle ( evo-audt1 ).

Neither THAR-AUD1 nor THAR-AUD2 lists the 2017 TDI Key port as compatible; however the EVO-ONE lists Q5 2017 as compatible. I have a 2017 Audi Q5 B8.5 2.0 TDI Ultra , automatic transmission with CNHA engine code (sold Outside US) and I would like to buy a EVO-ONE with the correct harness for my vehicle.

The Evo all has been installed for almost a year and works fine, even after the failed Evo start lte. I plugged the blue connectors from the rfa2a and the start wire harness. Unplugged the 4 wire data plug from the Evo all, taped off it off for protection, and plugged the 4 wire data plug from the rfa2a harness. The black and red wires are not connected and taped off. When I go to program the start, by disconnecting the data port and holding the program button nothing happens. I used the harness for my car also when installing the Evo all. I also flashed the Evo all . Did I miss a step or something?

Windows will not go up, or down from the app

The windows will not go up or down from the app. The app say Aux5 should put the windows up, and Aux6 should put the windows down. When pressing function Aux5 on the app, it says "Windows Closed", but nothing happens. When pressing function Aux6 on the app, it says "Aux6 Command Sent" and makes a sound of the windows going down, but nothing happens to the car.

I will install the evo-all-lte with the thar-aud2 on an A4 2018 of a customer who is close to me. I have a few questions because this is the first time I use your brand. The steps are not very clear in your guide, but with my experience, I managed to understand most of it, but I have questions.

1. For the configuration, is it of the smart lte, I have to program the evo-all first and then connect the smart lte and program it?

2. Your guide asks for an RFA2A “sold separately” to connect the smart lte to the evo-all, but I do not need an rf kit since I use the application and the original key. On the other hand, instead of the RFA2A, is there a connection kit provided in the box?

I have installed a EVO-ALL on my Q7 (4M Platform) (2018). The remote start works great to start the vehicle and I am a ASCL7 that also works. The one issue is that only AUX1 works. The AUX1 turns on heated seats for driver and passenger side. The other AUX don't seem to to anything. I would like to have defrost and rear window defrost. Any advice would help. Thanks

Strange thing happened to me today, I left for work this morning after remote starting my vehicle. My keys are usually in my backpack so I unlocked the doors from the app since my phone was in my hand. When I got to work I tried to lock my door by touching the Handle but they didn't work. I realized I had left my keys at home. Is the car supposed to run without keys inside or do I have an issue. My install was the no key install and seems to be working properly apart from that. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased an remote starter kit from Romania - Autoextra partner, after 3 days of working on it I had no clue how to make it work, maybe it will be easier to talk directly to you as support and not make a 3 way conversation.

Update how I’m now : everything is wired corectly (measured with voltmeter), made the connection to can high and can low in the left side of driver side next to the fuse box (2,6V can high; 2,4V can low) all wired up exactly how instructions are (green, orange/brown with the grey and grey/black from the module connector) and no success, ignition on and the blue led from module goes off and stays off till I turn the ignition off again, then solid blue led shows again. Software version is 61.28 (recommended from the windows program), I refuse to think that it can’t be a solution to make it work together. Maybe someone from tehnical support or software can discuss with me to find a solution, it will be faster via whatsapp if available or by email (I think that there is only 5-6 hours difference between us).

Step 11 key programing

2016 audi a3 push to start evo all serial number: 001A07 016953

I flashed the correct software on to unit with the flashlink. I get to step 11 of key bypass-program with r-link, and it says to wait up to 5 mins with solid red light. Then it's supposed to flash yellow, and the flah yellow and red, but the red light just stays lit and never goes past that point. I've tried reseting evo reprogramming to a different firmware, then back to the recommended firmware, but I can never get past that point and have waited up to 15mins. What should I do at this point?

How can I find out what info should appear on my app and what the different icons do?

I finally got my Evo one and Evo start setup but had a couple of questions. Above the lock/unlock and start buttons are a row of icons that I don't know exactly what they do. Also my fuel shows 0% and my milage shows 0.7m. Any ideas?

Starter seems to be working properly and starts when using factory remote 3 clicks with sacrificial key inside the vehicle. The app is showing voltage and temperature from the vehicle but it also shows that all 4 doors are red as if they are open. Start function and lock/unlock work but I cannot stop the engine from the app screen. Am I missing something?

2012 A7 key not recognized.

I've read the other answers and unfortunately haven't found the fix. Setting up Evo one in 2012 a7 will not start without key inside car even though setup as no key required setting. When I set it up using a sacrificial key it works without issue so I assume the problem is with my IMMO link somehow. Has anyone figured out the fix? Im kind of stuck with this unit and don't really want to spend $400 on a new spare key. Does the wire to the black/purple have to be a certain gauge?

Installed a Evo all in my 2016 audi q5 programed the key to it have the latest firmware and no start. the module flashes blue when you lock or unlock. i have the can bus low and high connected to the correct wires. also have the brake switch wire connected to the red and black on the brake switch. click the loc 3 times and nothing happens except the blue light flashing.

I installed an RF 442 kit with my EVO One. One of the remotes only blinks green to confirm commands and does not play sound like the other remote does. Is there a way to enable the sound on the remote or do I just have a dud?
