I press lock 3 times and see the blue LEDs on the EVO flash. Parking lights turn on and truck cranks. But not able to start. Stops and tries one more time cranks but no start. Only thing I can think of is maybe the Immobilizer wire going to the OBD. I have it on Pin 7 brown wire (looks more tan colored) which is what instructions showed.
