Q50 AC not working

To whom it may concern:

I installed the Fortin Evo All (with the RF942) on my 2016 Infiniti Q50. When I remote start, the AC (or heater) will not turn on until I press the Push-to -Start button on the car.

I had the same installation on my 2017 Q60 and did not have any problem running the AC.

I know that this questions has been previously asked. I was wondering if the issue hs been resolved.
