Bought a used car with “Orbit One remote starter & alarm & bypass module”

Starter Vr: 7.1.21 , Evo-All Vr: 4.18

Serice No: 002B07 323505

Was bought without a remote start key, wondering if I am able to program a new key, or remove the entire system and have done by dealer

Should my Fortin Evo one be able to run car without key in vehicle?

Strange thing happened to me today, I left for work this morning after remote starting my vehicle. My keys are usually in my backpack so I unlocked the doors from the app since my phone was in my hand. When I got to work I tried to lock my door by touching the Handle but they didn't work. I realized I had left my keys at home. Is the car supposed to run without keys inside or do I have an issue. My install was the no key install and seems to be working properly apart from that. Any help would be appreciated.
