Does the EVOONEHON1 unot work on a 2007 Acura TL?

I'm interested in purchasing a kit for my 2007 Acura TL and I found one on Ebay (EVOONEHON1) that says it works with select 2006 to 2016 Acura but do not list the specific ones, when I asked them they said to contact you

Just purchased new unit received yesterday.

SN# 002B04 643583 Date 10/2023 EVO-ONE-HON1

2011 Honda CRV

Installing today.

"T" harness installed - Ground installed.

Programming step #1

Programming button pushed and connector installed .....The LED's light RED - YELLOW - BLUE and continue to cycle.

They should light BLUE - YELLOW -RED then BLUE - RED

What is the issue.

Is the unit defective?
