EVO-ALL sn 001A07 707397 is not getting past step 5 of decryptor programming (pg 6/12 guide 62591). After waiting some time I turned off the ignition and unplugged cables from the Evo-All to attempt another programming cycle but the red LED illuminated and won't go out. I attempted a master reset where I installed firmware .99 and then attempted reset again and no change. Can some one shed some light?

After getting my evo-one reseted, I continued to reinstall remote start, however after clicking my vehicle preferences on flashlink manager it does not allow me to flash, its like it loads a little bit and then crashes and continues to guide me back onto the same screen. Any advice?

EVO-ONE DCRYPTOR Programming Issue

I am finally installing my EVO-ONE with THAR-TOY-13 on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, after four years since I purchased it.

While following the programming procedure, I am stopped at step 4, because the expected result is not achieved.

1) Press and hold the programming button: Connect the 4-PIN Data-link harness (Black connector). - The BLUE, RED, YELLOW and BLUE & RED LEDs will alternatively illuminate. - CHECK

2) Release the programming button when the LED is BLUE. - CHECK

3) Insert the required remaining connectors. - CHECK

4) Do not press the brake pedal. Press the Push-to-Start button twice to turn on the ignition. - Wait for the BLUE LED to flash rapidly and constantly. - PROBLEM: After pressing the start button two times, all of the LEDs turn off and the blue LED does not flash at all

I have already reset the device by disabling protection and then following resetting procedure in car (release button on red LED and then press again and hold until LEDs flash in sequence) - However still the problem presists.

Can this problem be fixed? - Thanks

Hi i have evo one and i change in settings on my flashlink 4 the number 6 option it says door lock before and after remote-start it was no so I chose Look after remote-start 8.3 after that when i run my car by the remote my wheels don't turn full only half but when i turn my car by the button it's work fine so I do the reset bypass side and return to the flashlink 4 and the same option number 6 door lock before and after remote-start and I put it back to no like it was and i did decryptor but nothing change the opinion didn't work when i turn the car by remote didn't happend like before it was like door open the closing then the car run

I am at step 5 of the Dcryptor Programming Procedure on a 2023 RAV4 H Key. I get through step 4 and the blue light will flash and then turn solid but when I start the car for step 5, the blue light stays on solid and the red light does not come on. I purchased this with a plug and play harness which was pretty easy and straight forward to install.

Just wondering if there is a general rule as to what needs to be unplugged if we need to change options on a module (EVO-ALL or EVO-ONE) without removing it from the car? Just the 4-pin cable? Remove all of the cables? I'm going to be adding an RF-kit and will need to change that setting.

Evo-One 2018 Ford F150 Programming Issue, Blue LED does not turn OFF on unit

2018 F-150 STD-key w/o keyless. After pressing the program button 8 times red and blue LEDs are solid. Putting key near ignition does nothing, inserting the key, then removing it, the ignition turns on, then red LED blinks and ready for next step. I cant seem to get the blue light to come off during step 6 without inserting the key, not sure why. I've tried multiple firmwares but they all do the same. I've also verified my wiring.

Hey guys,

So Kia has released a new firmware update for their cars in order to deal with the rise in car thefts. The update is applied at the dealership. I've been thinking about getting the update, but I need to make sure my Evo-One will still remote start the engine after the changes are made.

I have a 2020 Kia Forte with a push-button fob. From what I've gathered, after the update, the BMS must receive the unlock command from the KeyFob in order for the engine to start. If the car isn't unlocked and I were to try to start it, it would end up panicing for 60 seconds.

I know the EVO-One already unlocks the doors over CanBus, but does it support the update Kia is applying to our cars? Will it still remote start the car after changes are made?

Hi there! I am having the next problem. When installing the Evo one on my 2013 Hyundai Accent the blue programming light turns off when I turn the car on and the light comes back on when I turn it off have the can wires on the right ones do I need the can wires to use the remote start? What options do I need to change the serial number of my evo one is 002B04 247461 The wiring is correct and have verified continuity. Voltages on the CAN wires are roughly 2.35 and 2.65. Hello Team, I have gotten the RF Kit (RFK411) as advised but while trying to start the programming all over, I observed that the red light on the device remained solid as it was supposed to flash rapidly about 10 times as stated in step 5. I have tried reprogramming all over again several times but the red light still remains solid on step 5 and this has prevented me from going to the next step. Will the check for the Rx and Tx connections be via a remote connection to the module? Although I saw clearly that the red light blinked rapidly during the initial programming and several other times as attempt was being made to get the vehicle to start via the OEM remote without the RF Kit. It was after I made an inquiry and tried reprogramming all over again that I observed it was not blinking rapidly and still stayed solid when the vehicle was turned on with the press and release of the programming button. EVO-ONE S/N: 002B04 171979

I, for a couple of months in my spare time, have been trying to get this Evo-one to work as a remote starter. All the instructions work as they say they will. But, after successful programing. nothing happens when I use the car remote. Has anyyone gotten a Mirage to work with these instructions? Over the years I've installed 4 remote-starters from different companies, all hardwired, with no problems. But not this one. What am I missing?

Now it says that I'm at a programing limit.

I just purchased an EVO-ONE for my Kia Sedona 2014 (S/N: 002B04246972) and doesn’t have a bar code stamped on the back label just a Qcode and a "Secure Update" label.

Q:

Do I still need to use the "Flash-Link Updater" to update or reprogrammed my module? If yes, is my module compatible with”Flash-Link updater"?

When connecting my EVO-One to the Flash Link I'm receiving an error message:

An error occurred while detecting your module. Please replug the module and try again, if the problem persists contact customer support.

The red light on the device near the yellow loop wire is solid red when plugged into the computer or vehicle. I'm presuming the device needs to be reset by support or replaced.

2016 Toyota Corolla, H-Key, Manual. No OEM Alarm, No TPMS (and no wire for TPMS, no wire to pin location on plug). Installed EVO-One with Toy-8 and RFK942. Setup via wizard. Only wire T'd was for clutch bypass.

Completed a recent install but have a couple of issues I am hoping to resolve.

1) Automatic headlights won't turn off when setting reservation mode. Tried on door close, and also on lock. Believe it needs a door pin pulse which is connected via the harness. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

2) Once the Evo was installed, neither of my factory fobs work (even when not remote started). Unplugged the Evo (but left harness) and still no fobs work. Nothing lights up on the evo when pressing factory fob.

***Update***: Found a bent pin in my T-Harness when troubleshooting. I was able to straighten it back out, all fobs are working again. Stil have the issue with the headlights.

I wired up everything the way the diagram (Guide #84011) depicts everything should be, but I get no audible chirp confirming the doors lock when using the two way remotes (RF442). When I lock with my old OEM fobs I get the chirp but not with the Fortin system. I also figure the alarm function of the EVO-ONE wont work if it isn't wired up to an audible device. I'm just unsure what wire from the EVO-ONE needs to go to the horn. The generic guide that came with the EVO-ONE (Guide #32991) states that the A7 Orange/Black wire goes to the Horn/Siren (-). If that's the case I still dont know which wire is the horn (-) on my steering column. WireColor states it should be the Blue/White wire on my steering column but that is also the color that I used for my Start (+) wire, so I have my doubts if this is correct because I dont think Ford would use the same color twice in the same area. I just dont want to tap into the wrong wire or spend a lot of time trouble shooting to find the right wire with a multimeter.

Also when programming the EVO-ONE, the only options I was able to tweak were alphebetical. I was not able to edit function 38 and select mode 2 the way the guide was telling me to do.

Lastly just out of curiosity I was wondering what all the E1-E8 options were for during programming. You can turn on/off each one but it doesn't give a description what each option does.

Hello.

I have an Audi A3 2016 PTS that has an EVO-ALL V7 installed through a THAR-VW1 harness and it all woked seamless for months, with very minor glitces.

In while AC maitenance; namely the front door air actuator, I had to remove the imstruments cluster to have more room to work. It was a major pain, but I got it done.

Then I decided to check for a newer suggested firmware of my EVO-ALL and found v64.09, from v64.05 I was currently using.

The Cluster removal happened early in my project and only about 7 hours later the car was all reassembebled with some with some expected DTCs present, that were easily cleared to 0 DTC. When installed, the cluster was 100% operaciotnal, as everything else in the car - I only had to ajust it's clock .

But EVO-ALL was dead.

I came to the conclusion that the unit was not programmed any more in the car, so Idecided to try re-programming it all over again, but it keeps on failling on step 13: The LEDs keep flashing in 5x groups.

I don't see any issues or error message in he cluster, or in the infotaiment system.

I already left the car with the battery ON for 20+ minutes, but the issue persists.

I tried flashing back the version I had before, and also a master reset, but the 5x RED is always the final result.

How can I fix this situation??
