Ford f150 2011 Evo all standalone that-for4 Doesn’t no program, I have been trying different times and ways and I don’t get it.

Only get that the red and blue lights flashing 10 times but the blue light never come back, waiting long time and it doesn’t flash back. Of course using 2 working keys. I tried using a video that says, press the programming button after uses the second key but it didn’t work either. I tried without connect the red connector but it didn’t. Then I don’t know what more to do. Could you help me please. Thanks.

I purchased an EVO-ALL to install in a 2007 Ford F-150 thinking that was the only device I needed.
Now that I have it and I'm looking at the wiring diagram, I'm pretty sure I also need a separate remote start unit?

Is there a device that I can use with the EVO-ALL I just bought, or do I need to give up and use a different EVO device?

All I want to do is be able to remote start.

Hi,

I purchased the THAR-FORT1 Kit which comes with the EVO ALL and FORT1 T-Harness. I also purchased the FlashLink updater and will set the EVO ALL to D2D.

I would like to pair all of this with an Avital 4015L remote starter for my 2011 F-150 (I do not want to use the factory remote start protocol as my truck doesn't have power locks).

I would like to only use the D2D cable to connect to the Avital 4015L in order to cut down on wire clutter. I would like to know if the D2D cable is the only cable I need to connect between the these two.

I was looking at the wiring diagram for the EVO ALL with the FORT1 T-Harness and on the left side of the remote starter every cable is optional if D2D is used but on the right side there is parking lights which I don't care for so I wont be hooking up and Ignition. Doesn't the ignition communicate through D2D?

Installed evo all with my car telematics with 944 rf kit and has worked beautifully since 2019 with the occasional horn honking when I remote start but I had to remove module and wiring from dash for some audio upgrades now all it does is honk the horn when I try to remote start. Hi there. I have one question about Ford OEM keys.I am trying to program a compustar module on a Ford F-150. I only have one OEM key and the other one is made by a locksmith (it's not a clone and it's not a copy) But I can't finish the programming because the module tells me that I am using the same key or a cloned key. My question is: does Ford split any code between two keys? If you don't have both OEM, is it not possible to finish the programming even if the key made by the locksmith is not a copy or a clone? After the installation, I programmed and everything went perfectly. I Had it set to 3 locks to start. Now it turns on the ignition and tries to start, but there is nothing. It's as if we are trying to start with an unprogrammed key. I went back over all my connections and everything seems fine. I also found a little note on your site about disabling option D2. I've done this but still have the same condition.

Any help on this matter would be most appreciated.

UPDATE: Added step-by-step procedures.

Issue: The blue and red lights on EVO-ALL remain solid during and after attempting programming with 2 keys.

System: EVO-FORT4; Firmware: 71.52; EVO-ALL S/N: 001A07355490; Vehicle: 2011 F-150 3.5L; Remote: Two standard OEM keys; Guide #: 94891.

Troubleshooting: Double-checked all connections. Double-checked settings. Re-flashed EVO-ALL.

Followed procedure:

Program EVO-ALL and flash settings (firmware 71.52)
Plug in all connections (ignition, immobilized, OBD)
Manually connect "Key Sense" wire (A1, yellow, 20-pin connector) to the "Key Sense" wire (purple/yellow, either the 5-pin or 6-pin connector)
Page 7; Step 1: Hold button down on EVO-ALL; connect black 4-pin data-link harness
Page 7; Step 2: Release button when blue & red lights illuminate solid
Page 7; Step 3: Connect other harnesses (white 20-pin, red 6-pin, white 5-pin)
Page 7; Step 4: Insert key #1 to ON/RUN position
Page 7; Step 5: Wait 3 seconds: remove key #1
Page 7; Step 6: Quickly insert key #2 to ON/RUN position
Page 7; Step 7: Wait 3 seconds: remove key #2
Page 8; Step 8: Quickly insert key #1 to ON/RUN position; wait (blue light does not rapidly flash)
Page 8; Step 9: Remove key #1
Result: Vehicle locks cycle on and off (indicating key programming); however, EVO-ALL blue & red lights remain illuminated solid (no blinking). The truck responds correctly, but the EVO-ALL does not.

Note: There's a YouTube video showing that an initial data transfer programming step is needed prior to the step 1 in the guide (shown above): hold down the button on the EVO-ALL; release on blue; insert key #1; wait until EVO-ALL blue light rapidly flashes; remove key #1 to complete. This step is not in the provided guide. I attempted including this step after the 1st failed attempt, but the blue light never flashed rapidly. I received the same result below with and without this step.

The only manual connection I made is wiring the "Key Sense" wire (A1, yellow) on the 20-pin connector to the "Key Sense" wire (purple/yellow) on the other side of the EVO-ALL (either the 5-pin or 6-pin connector; can't tell with the harness).

Questions:

Is there another connection I missed?
Should the A1 yellow wire be connected to the other yellow wire (instead of the purple/yellow Key Sense wire)?
Other than connecting the 4-pin harness first, do I need to connect the other harnesses in a different sequence?

Any help would be appreciated!

Manual switch to disable power supply to EVO-ALL

Is there an example of how to wire a switch to completely kill the power supply to the EVO-ALL?

I live in an area with temps down to -40°, and trucks already have a hard enough time starting. I want to control and prevent any unnecessary power loss when the vehicle is not in service.

I know I could use the hood pin trigger wire (A8, dark blue) to manually disable function, but I'm not looking to cut-off all power to it, not just disable it.

I'm assuming the 12V wire (D6, white/red) provides power to the unit - would it be appropriate to wire a traditional toggle switch (without LED or indicator lights) in-line with that wire? Or is there a better way?

E.g. Ignition -> t-harness -> white/red wire -> toggle switch -> white/red wire -> EVO-ALL

Also, has anyone measured the actual current draw of the EVO-ALL after installation when not in use?

2011 F-150 Parking Light Relay with EVO-FORT4

I know there's a few posts about this, but it's still not clear. I'm trying to figure out how to wire the parking light connection.

System: EVO-FORT4; Vehicle: 2011 F-150 3.5L; Guide: #94891, pg 5 (https://fortin.ca/download/94891/evo-all_ig_rts_bi_for-fseries-2011-2016_key80bits_d_94891.pdf)

The diagram shows the EVO-ALL (brown/white) -> parking relay (connected to 12V with 10 A fuse) -> 7.5 A fuse -> passenger BCM (yellow/blue).

1.) Is the fused "Parking Light Relays" pre-existing in the OEM F150 wiring?

1a.) If so, where is it located (it's a short wire and will not reach the passenger side)?

1b.) If not, can you please suggest a part number for the relay and fuses?

1c.) Is there already an in-line 7.5 A fuse built into the t-harness for the brown/white parking light wire?

2.) Other posts mention connecting to the light switch (yellow/orange) instead of the passenger BCM. The wire is not long enough to reach the passenger side - is it designed to connect to the light switch on the driver's side?

2a.) If the light switch is a better method, is an additional relay & fuses still needed (per above)?

2b.) If additional wire length is required to connect at the passenger's side, what is the wire gauge size?

The truck will remote start once without any issues. The second attempt at remote start sets the factory alarm off and will not start the truck. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have the flash link updater so i can change whatever settings you recommend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I am hooking up an EVO-ALL to operate my OEM remote starter via a CARLINK ASCL6. I am also attempting to add a shock sensor and blinking LED. I am using t-harness THAR-FORT4.

It took quite a bit to get the ASCL6 to talk to the EVO-ALL. I could only get it to "talk" by sending a lock command during the learning process. For some reason I did it on a whim after trying all sorts of plug combinations etc.

However, now it has no confirmation of the commands it sends. It send 3 separate pulses for the lock and unlock commands. I had to wire the Lock [(white/black) to BCM (blue/green)] and Unlock [(white) to BCM (yellow/violet)] for the lock commands to send. Why am I not getting a status reading? Do I have to wire the Driver Door Pin?

I thought this would be mostly plug and play, but it seems like there is some wiring that needs to be done.

Also, LED is wired to 12v+ and negative to white wire on the 20 pin but it is not working. I also have a shock sensor on the way and need help with that. I've been at this for 3-4 days off and on. Programmed as standalone remote start and EVO alarm via Flashlink. HELP!

2017 F150. I do not have the options enabled in the dash for remote start. I do know that if the options are not enabled in the dash technically the trucks BCM will still run the truck for the default time of 10 minutes. I set the Evo All to run for 20 minutes. Will it actually run for 20 minutes or will it still be the default 10 minutes the truck has?

2013 F150 using EVOFORT4. While trying to program,when I get to putting the 1st key back in the 2nd time, nothing happens. Red and blue lights stay on. When I turn the key off, the IGN stays on until I unplug the red plug from the Evoall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

8- At that same moment the RED & BLUE LED’s will blink once to confirm that the MyCar ID has been learned to the Evo-All.

I am installing the MyCar module and make it all the way to step 8 but the lights never blink to confirm. What might be another step not included in the install guide?

Ive installed the evo all with the t-harness and the ftx 64 remote. I can remote start the truck with the fortin remote. The module locks the doors after the remore start. It monitors the door pin. It will shut the truck down with the fortin remote. I can un lock the doors with the fortin remote but the truck will not lock with the fortin lock button. It arms the factory alarm but does not move the locks.

Hi all. I have an EVO ALL with the Ford1 T-harness that I'm trying to install into my 2011 F-150 standard key for remote start. I have followed all the instructions and when I get to releasing on red + blue like the instructions state the programming does not go as described. The instructions say after putting key 1 back in I should get 10 blue flashes and 10 red flashes. In my case the truck locks and unlocks and then I get 10 red flashes only, blue stays on. After this, all LEDs turn off and pressing lock 3 times only makes the blue led flash and nothing else, no start. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hello, when installing the Omevoall with supplied tharness and following the plugin procedure, the blue light does not flash after placing the vehicle on run. Procedure currently being followed:

1) when the vehicle off, plug in the black plug into the black connection while holding the button and only letting go on a full blue light.

2) plugging the white plug into the white connection.

3) placing the vehicle to run.

Blue light stays as a solid blue and does not start flashing.

I have the Evoall installed in a 2015 F-150 push-to-start using the THAR-FORD3 harness and a Linkr-LT. Vehicle starts and locks from app but will not unlock or trunk (tailgate is electronic) release. I also setup Aux 1-4 and none seem to do anything. Any settings I can change to make the Aux functions work?

The real question is why won't unlock work? I can live without the trunk/aux functions but seems like a waste of money without unlock.

2013 f150 evo-all installed with T-harness. The only conneciton i made myself was the keysense pruple/yellow on the t-harness to the yellow keysense on the 20pin connector.

Programmed for lock-unlock-lock. Blue LED flickers when i hit lock or unlock. and then the red led flashes 3 times and doesnt start. No other response or light on my truck. It still started fine with regular key. I also tried using just 3x lock in case but same problem.

What am I missing? I didnt make any other connections like the hood pin because it looks like they are optional.

Plugged in the Tharness correctly. When connecting the moduel I held down the small button on it while connecting the black power wire, and let go of it when the light was blue. Connected the white wire on the other side of the module. turned on truck to ignition on, waited for blue light to flicker for a bit then ignition off and key out. Tried the triple press on lock and nothing happens. Turn to ignition on again and the module is showing a yellow light.

I am looking at Guide #84031.

I was going over the instructions for the stand alone install of the EVO-ALL for my truck and I noticed that they call for 2x 1 amp diodes. Do I really need these? What are their purpose? Is there a part number that you can offer me so that I get the correct ones?

Also, I was looking over the relay wiring part of the instructions and it doesn't look correct. It shows the battery (+) being connected to the supply and one side of the trigger and the other side of the trigger goes to the EVO-ALL labeled "(+)Parking Lights". Both sides of the trigger shouldn't be (+). It wouldn't activate the relay. Unless the EVO-ALL actually supplies ground to that connection. Clearification would be appreciated. Thanks.

2016 F150 XLT Std Key EVO-ALL w/ Fort3 Standalone Mode C1 & D1 Options Good--No Start

I am in the process of installing an EVO-ALL device with a Fort3 cable into a 2016 F150 XLT with standard key.

The module programmed correctly.
The hood is definitely closed.
When attempting to remote start using a LOCK, UNLOCK, LOCK sequence the BLUE LED flashes once with each LOCK button press and twice with the UNLOCK button press.
After the third (LOCK) button press the LEDs go through a flashing sequence that ends with a pause (no LEDs lit) followed by three quick flashes of the RED LED which I understand means NO TACH.

I verified that options C1 and D1 have been turned ON by doing the following:

I grounded the A8 pin of the 20 pin connector. The RED LED did NOT light so option D1 should be on.
I momentarily grounded the A13 pin of the 20 pin connector. The LEDs went through a flashing sequence very similar if not identical to the one that they go through when attempting a LOCK, UNLOCK, LOCK type remote start. The flashing sequence ended with the same pause (no LEDs lit) followed by three flashes of the RED LED which I understand means NO TACH.

Any ideas?

Hello, i recently bought a OMEVOALL version 6 firmware 71.34 OMEVOFORT preloaded with a THAR-Ford3 T plug for my 2018 f150. Following your instruction guide and this online video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bpmiYwslSo , i am unable to get the blue light to flash after turning the key to the on position like in your guide and the video. My truck is equipped with a stock hood pin sensor. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Installing a new evo one on an 01 F150 and wire color for the TX Data wire does not match what you say it should be.

I was able to find a wire matching the RX Data Grey/Orange so hopefully that wire is the correct one. but the TX Data wire is supposed to be white/lt green and there are no wires that color there. The alt color is purple but can't find that one either so hopefully you have something updated that can help me with this installation.

2018 F-150 STD-key w/ keyless. After inserting the second key, then removing it, the ignition turns on, then nothing else happens. The lights are solid red and yello. I've tried multiple firmwares but they all do the same. I've also verified my wiring.

I'm not sure if this matters but the module is an OMEVOALL. Omega branded.

I have installed EVO-All and RF642W into a 2010 Ford F-150. I wired the install following guide 34441 and flashed firmware 71.46. All functions work as expected such as remote start and lock / unlock with one exception. The horn does not sound. I tried activating the evo-alarm with lock/unlock chirps. I know the horn is controllable over the ms-can network; I hooked up a scan tool and was able to command the horn to honk. Is it possible to get the horn working with the evo-all? Thanks.

Remote start question...

Currently using the Fortin remote start with a Viper SmartStart module. However, considering swapping over to the FORD remote start to gain the use of the climate control features that it brings...

Don’t want to use the Ford version of Smart Start.

Anyone know if you can use the SmartStart module from Viper with the OEM remote start by Ford? Could the EVO be used as a bypass? Or connected to the OEM remote start. Would this work by disabling the EVO remote start and allowing it to work with just using the “OEM remote monitoring”?

Haven’t really had much luck digging on the net for the answer.

I was able to turn all the menus on, activate OEM remote start, etc as a check in advance of buying the ford module. I had previously successfully swapped the LCD cluster into my truck.

Guide # 68991 shows ignition in/out from remote start can be required in dotted line and guide # 68941 shows it connected to evo all purple/yellow A16. No connections from remote start to car required only data cable from evo all? Are parking lights done through data? On 2015 f150?

I have hooked up all the wires correctly, but the remotee start will not work unless the key is in or near the ignition. when it does start, it only runs for about 30 seconds and then shuts off.

I have tried to do what Robb suggested. I’ve followed all the steps (red connector [D] NOT plug in) , however I was able to make it to step 8 (a) when Blue & Red Led flashed 10X, Wait, wait , and wait FOREVER, NO Blue LED flash. (HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE for the module to switch to flashing blue?)

I gave up and Turn off the key and try again 3X no luck, when and reset the evoall, re-flashed, NO luck neither .

Follow the troubleshoot, swap C3&C4 location {Can hi, low} , still the module did not program, can’t pass step 8A.

Also every time I tried programing the Evo with the RED connector plug-in, the ignition keep latched.

I am really stuck now, Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also i forgot to mentioned, I have tried to reflash the module to a Stand Alone (3X lock) and the programing still didn't get pass step 8A.

Also the service number above has F2 which is now on.

This evo-for1 will be feeding the compustart CM5000.

First key goes back in. wait, and wait .... (STEP 8)NO Red and blue 10X flashes.

Note: once the i completed up to step 7. the ignition of the 2011 Ford f150 thinks the key is still in and on the "ON" positon (blower and dash lights are ON even after key out).

2017 ford f150 intermittent no start, 2 way remote does not play melody, instead error beeps four times. Next start attempt unlock vehicle using remote start fob then remote start, vehicle starts. Vehicle starts everytime unlocking/locking the vihcile using the remote start fob prior to hitting the start button.

OMEVOALL with THAR-FORD1 harness. EMEVOFORT preloaded. Hardware date 12/2017.

Module is not programming correctly.

Blue and red lights come on.

First key goes in. Blue, red lights on.

First key out. Blue and red

Second key in. Blue, red, yellow lights on.

When second key comes out, the ignition thinks the key is still in and on the "on" positon (blower and dash lights are one even after key out). Dash says, "Factory Keypad 11359." However, the car doesn't have a keyless entry key pad. All electronics are stock. No aftermarket options. When the second key comes out, the, back to just blue and red lights.

First key goes back in. Lights flash ten times. Then blue light. Then none. Key comes out. ingition behavior back to normal. Remotes work normally. No lights on EVO. No remote start functionality when pressing lock 3x.

Please advise.

Why does a yellow light come on at the end of the programming?

WhenI’m programming the red and blue lights flash as they’re supposed to be in the blue lights flash rapidly why does a yellow light come on at the end. And it still will not start my vehicle. What do I need to do?

Problem with Programming Keys on 2017 F-150

I have an EVO FORT2 with T-Harness for an 2017 F-150. Going through the procedures with no problem until i get to programming my keys. When I insert my key and turn to ON/RUN, I get a red solid red light and flashing yellow light. This stays on until I turn the key to OFF, then I get an alternating red and yellow flashes. Please help.
