I was trying the flashlink firmware and playing around, I pressed the Dcryptor tab multiple times without actual flashing, after a while I got the current module cannot be flashed anymore.

While trying to debug a wiring issue, I tried flashing an EVO-ALL unit too many times. The flasher now says that I reached the flash limit has been reached. Could you please reset the flash limit? The serial number of the unit is 001A07 801272

Hello,

I requested for a reset on my module because the dcryptor's limit has been reached. When I connected the evo-all to my PC and opened Flash Link Manager, I am getting an error message: "The current device cannot be flashed anymore". What do I need to do to clear that error?

Called tech support to unlock and gave service number 001A06 882278. Waited about 15 minutes and tried to flash again but it is still unable to.
