EVO-FORT1 2011 ford flex - will 3X lock remote start work out of the box?

I have a 2011 ford flex. I would like to add remote start capability - using your 3X lock functionality would be sufficient. However, it is unclear from your website whether or not this will work out of the box, or will I need to buy/use the flash link programmer?

I have a 2012 Ford flex. 80 bit SA keys. service # 001a06251596. Running t harness in standalone mode.

When I start the program process, I get the confirmation in step 4. However, when I get to step 14 the red and blue stay illuminated. At this point, if I start the vehicle with the key and turn it off, it will stay running. It will not shut off with the foot brake, It will only shut off if I unplug the evo-all.

need better instructions to install evo-all on 2011 ford flex. better wire locations to.

When I bought this device the description started only about 6 wires would have to spliced in. The instructions I can find are kinda undetailed. I would like instructions that start like this: step 1 do this and this step 2 etc.... Is there anything like thus out there or any installation videos I could watch. Thanks
