my focus will not complete the key recogition cyle even though ive tried to program it a few times now the same no key detected comes up

After programmed evo-all fort1 in ford transit connect 2015 all of my original keys stopped working and I have a message "No key detected". Programming procedure went exactly the same as in the guide. Car doesn't start with the 3xlock also. any Idea what is the problem ?

I have a different problem than the other NO KEY DETECTED questions in the forum.

1. I have a flash updater ( most current flash)

2. I checked all the wiring and voltages

3. Using the Fort1 on 2014 Transit Connect XL with no existing remote start

After programming with the 2 key method, the read out says NO KEY DETECTED and the car does not start, but the car goes into run mode. After reinsterting the key, the car still will not start with the key, until the EVO is unplugged.

After programming with the Dcrytor method, the Fortin Updater says there is no key data.

Have tried other peoples solutions such as not connecting red connector until complete and decrptor with one key. Still cannot get remote start to work.

Step 8 first key in RED and BLUE on, yellow turns on, off when removed. Second key in, only red and blue. Push button on module and get "No key Detected" error on dash.

Lights flash rapididly then red goes solid. After that blue blinks ten times and then ignition shuts off.

When I do hit the lock button on remote the module blinks blue.
