Can I use the A14 switch option for the parking light control when configuring the EVO-All?

Guide says for parking light control the A14 brown/white wire needs to be tied into the light blue wire of the second BCM connector pin 8. Didn't know if the A14 was turned on when configuring the module that would negate needing to tie into the pin 8 second connector on the BCM.

2010 Sierra Standard Evo-All THARGM4 No Alarm Functions

Programming was successful, vehicle starts, door locks continue to work via factory remote. Evo-all seems to be monitoring door switches as it will shut down if a door is opened when locked. However no alarms sound whether that's the factory alarm or evo-all. What could be the problem here? I was looking to supplement the factory alarm with evo-alarm for shock/glass break sensors. I'd settle for just the factory alarm working again.

Hi, I"m Looking at adding the fortin Evo all to my truck and i wanted to confirm two things. Firstly when i go to flash the module it says for the T harness THAR-GM5 but fortin gives you instructions for the t harness THAR-GM7 and theres not option to select the GM7 only the 5 could i still use the 7 and flash it as the 5. My second question is do i still need two keys to program or would i be able to just use one

2020 GMC Sierra THAR-GM6 or THAR-GM7??

So one day I checked for the T-harness options and downloaded the install gudie for a 2020 GMC Sierra and it indicated a THAR-GM6. Literally the next day it was the THAR-GM7 and it was also refelcted in the install guide. What is the actual differance and does the THAR-GM6 not work, or can it still be used?
Wiring diagram 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 Standard Key, EVO-ALL, STANDALONE

	Hello,

I have Evo-all Guide #61111 for GMC Sierra 1500 Standard key, but this is for Regular Installation using separate remote starter and Data-link.

I need the guide for a Standalone installation where the EVO-ALL is the remote starter with no data-link. Or I need the rest of the pin-out for the 20-pin connector. The pin-out does not indicate the corresponding pin for the main connections?

	What is function is: OUT A5 / IN A6 / IN A7 / IN A9 / A10 / OUT A11 / A17 / A18 / A19 ??

	Example, the RS7 OUT - Starter (+). No 'Ax' corresponding designation for 20-pin connector, is A6 - starter, A7 - Ingition2, etc?

Please advise trying to install EVO-ALL as standalone remote starter in 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 with Standard Key, factory alarm, no heated seats, or heated mirrors, flashed with 70.18 firmware.

What settings for 2003 GMC Sierra Diesel - EVO ONE

Have the EVO-ONE and FLASH-LINK 4.

Couple of things:

1. Want to set up for remote start with factory key (lock 3x). Do I have to add a RF-KIT to this? If not, do I have to choose one in setup? In Wizard mode, seems to force you to pick a RF-KIT.

2. Truck is a diesel. Found the Pro Mode in settings. Is there anything special regarding Tach or any other settings for diesels that I need to change?

3. The install guide recommends version 70.26. It default wants to install 70.18. When I go to look at other available firmwares, it does not offer 70.26 as an option. (70.28 is the closest). Any reason to not install the latest firmware (70.39 is the highest at the time I write this).

Thanks,

2007 GMC sierra classic body style using EVO-ALL?

I am wondering wich year i should select for aquiring a connection/installation guide for a 2007 GMC sierra classic body style. Half way through 2007 was the model/body style change for this vehicle. When i am selecting the year it will give me options for 2003-2006 or 2007-2013. I am assuming i will go with the 2003-2006 option as this vehicle is the classic body style and would consist of the 2003-2006 wiring systems.

Check engine light on with codes when using remote start

Hello, installed evo-one in my wife's 2005 Yukon. directions very good with the exception of step three when hooking up E1 (+)Ignition2 - White wire & E2 (+)Accessory - Orange wire.

	Identified six-pin connector to the left of the steering column. Cavities & wire guage do not correspond. Contacted associate at Chevrolet dealer, looked up schematic and confirmed/identified th following;

Cavity "A" is "Ignition 3 Voltage" - orange wire

Cavity "B" is "Right Turn Signal Switch signal" - Light Green wire

Cavity "C" is "Left Turn Signal Switch signal" - Dark Green wire

Cavity "D" is "Hazard Switch signal" - White wire

Cavity "E" is "Off/Run/Crank Voltage" - yellow wire

Cavity "F" is " Accessory Voltage" - Brown wire

	Connected E1 (+)Ignition2 - White wire to Cavity "E" - "Off/Run/Crank Voltage"

Connected E2 (+)Accessory - Orange wire to Cavity "F" is "AccessoryVoltage" - Brown.

Vehicle starts and dies with the remote start and sets several body codes.

Changed connection of E1 (+)Ignition2 - White wire to Cavity "A" - "Ignition 3 Voltage" - orange wire. Every thing seems to work but still getting check engine light with remote start - up to eight codes,

	Open Torque Converter clutch circuit

	Shift timing solenoid

Open Torque Converter clutch pressure control solenoid circuit

	O2 sensor heater circuit open

Seems I may need to jumper a voltage feed to Cavity "E" - "Off/Run/Crank Voltage" for remote starting operation? Please advise

Door status not outputted for 5-6 seconds after remote shut down

I have a recent EVO-ALL (hardware v6, firmware v70.35) on a 2008 GMC Sierra connected to a third-party remote starter (i.e. *not* in stand-alone mode). It works perfectly except for one bug: once the EVO-ALL initiates a shut-down, it doesn't monitor and/or output the door status untill about 3-4 seconds after the vehicle is shut down. The door status is outputted correctly if engine is still on or if I wait 3-4 seconds after shut down before opening the door. Could you please ask your developers if this could be fixed in a firmware update? Thank you!

UPDATE: it sounds like there are relays in the EVO-ALL, and the door status isn't outputted until after the relays "click" off or on after a remote shut down. This click occurs 5-6 seconds after shutdown, so hopefully this will help your developers out.

2017 gmc sierra EVO-ALL does door locks?

Preparing to install remote start and keyless entry into a fleet of 2017 GMC sierra 1/2 ton RWD base truck. (standard key)

Since there is no information on the 2017 GMC sierra, I am using the wirecolor.com 2017-2018 standard key chevrolet silverado 1500 information.

Trucks come with power locks, no keyless entry and no onstar.

Purchased EVO-ALL and Fortin one way RF kits. Then... Purchased wirecolor.com vehicle information.

In wirecolor.com, it is noted that the evo-all cannot control door locks on vehicles WITHOUT onstar. This is not indicated on the website or in the standalone installation guide.

Is this correct information? Does this mean the EVO-ONE would be capable of this task? I only need keyless entry and simple remote start and stop.

I would like to be prepared for when these trucks arrive, so your help is greatly appreciated.

Why is there an anti-theft message on my truck when trying to remote start my truck?

I have the Evo All with Tharness. The module is able to start my truck with 3 lock presses. However, when I try to remote start the vehicle using the remote starter connected to the Evo, the acc and ignition turn on but when it seems to try to start the vehicle (no crank), the display in gauges says Anti-theft active and everything turns off. I have tried with both the vehicle locked and unlocked with no difference. What can be the issue?

Differences between EVO-ONE and EVO-ALL?

I'm comparing the EVO-ONE and EVO-ALL for a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. On the comparison page, the only difference appears to be that the ONE doesn't support acting as stand-alone remote starter. However, on the general page of the ONE: http://fortin.ca/en/products/evo-series/evo-one/, it says both "remote start interface", but then is also says under Advanced Features: "Stand Alone Remote Starter". So, which is it?

Also, I belive the ONE has AUX 1 and 2 outputs, but the ALL has AUX inputs. Is this true?

The ONE appears to support Accessory out, but the ALL does not. Is this correct? I don't see an input on the ONE to trigger the Accessory out, so how is it used?

What other differences are there?

I have a 2000 GMC Sierra. I downloaded the wiring on the Wirecolor.com. I have a Crimestopper Cool Start RS00-G5 and the INT-SL+ . I have a factory keyfob that I will do 3x Lock engine start. What do I need to wire up. Instructions are soooo confusing. I have factory door unlocks, and locks and lights on...Thats all I need . ADDING the engine start.

I think I can use just the Data Link wire and and hook up a few wires and done.

( i have installed the RS00-G5 in my Cadillac Escalade....but I used an EVO-ALL , )

Is there a ground while disarmed output on the EVO-ALL? And if so, does the EVO-ALL monitor the CAN bus so that if I disarm the alarm with the factory fob, the ground while disarmed output is triggered to reflect the OEM status change?

Thanks!

Will brake status work with truck off and no previous activity?

I will be installing the Advanced Keys Push to Start module in my 2008 GMC Sierra truck, and was reviewing different bypass/combo solutions to use with it.

It looks like the EVO-ALL does the brake status by monitoring the CAN bus. Will the brake status work with truck off and no previous activity (i.e. no recent door unlock)? I need it to work because you must press the brake in order to push to start. However, the Advanced Keys people claim that a firmware update to the EVO-ALL stopped this from working while off:

	http://www.advancedkeys.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=968&p=2935#p2868

But then a Fortin rep said it still works, so I was wondering if anyone knew the definitive answer. Thanks!

Programming -Yellow led stays on, ignition is off. Whats it mean?

Hi, I just bought an Evo-One and the flashlink updater. Very nicely made :).

I used guide # 23261, and wired my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 (page 3) as instructed. On page 7, everything went fine up until turning the ignition off- the yellow led stays on.

I'd just like to get a clear answer as to what my options are/what I'm missing. I'm not being a pain, just would like a little help instead of being hung up on. Like- should I cut the wire loop, what does the yellow led mean, is there a certain evo-one update I should flash?

Or is guide 23261 not correct for my vehicle, a 2006 GMC sierra 1500?

	Thanks a ton in advance,

2012 GMC Sierra, Installed Worked Perfect, Quit Working

I installed the Evo-All with the THAR-GM2 harness. Flashed unit, Installed and programmed. Everything worked perfect and I tested several times. Later on I remote started the vehicle, moved and vehicle would not turn off (by key or factory remote) waited for unit to time out. Vehicle turned off and remote start no longer functions. Tried to re-program and nothing (no lights at all), Re-flashed unit and I was able to get a solid blue light when re-connected to vehicle, I continued with the procedure and the blue light would not begin flashing, but go out. Turn the key off and get a solid blue light. Tried to re-flash unit again and now I don't get any lights at all when connected to vehicle.
EVO ALL Service# 001A06224597. Installed EVO ALL/THAR-GM2 in a work truck without factory remotes. Using Avital 4103 via hardwire to trigger dorlocks and remote start. All work well except takeover where brake pedal does not reset unit. Whether key is in on or off position, I do not have 12V+ at the black wire on the EVO ALL. Tried another known good EVO ALL and same results. Could it be a software issue or a problem with the truck?
Why does my Evo-All stop controlling door locks and alarm in a 2006 GMC Sierra?

I installed a Evo-All into a customers 2006 GMC Sierra along with a Pro-Start remote starter. The two are hardwired together.

The system programs fine and always starts the truck, but only after I program the unit the door locks will work just once or twice and then no more.

I have tried 3 units, all are hardware version 6. I had initially tried firmware 70.04 and it has given the problems above. With the other units I tried firmware 4.06 and 4.16(?) but with either of these the units would not light up to program.

Thanks for the help.
