EvoOne linkr LT2 app loses connection

Hi, I have EvoOne with Linkr LT2 installed on a 2019 Mazda cx-5 signature. Recently, the app would have trouble connecting to the car, it would be greyed out when trying to start engine and the icons would turn grey. It seems to happen intermittently,

LINKR-LT2 not updating status door locked after ready mode

I finally got my EVO-ONE and the LINKR-LT2 to remote start my 2017 Jeep Wrangler manual transmission... it works every time..

The only thing that technical support from mycar controls and myself haven't figure it out yet is "why after ready mode (neutral position, parking brake, brakes) the EVO-One will let me remove the key and unlock the doors or door depending of the initial command which I love (It does follow 1 passenger or more than one and unlocks the necessary door or doors depending on the remote sequence done to unlock driver's door or all doors)...back to the commandas... after I shut the door the car will kill the engine and after some seconds...I think is like 60sec. the car will lock the doors by itself.

Every time the car locks the doors...mycar control app will not show this status and only will have the green signal with doors unlocked,.. even though they are in fact locked.

Mycar control technical support told me that I have to choose an option to lock the doors with my factory remote and eliminate the automatic lock the doors command from the EVO-ONE or CAR ALARM (we are not sure who is sending the command... I think is the EVO-ONE but I need to confirm the blue led to be sure and haven't done it yet)

Can someone help me to know what setting number will set this option?,,,, The evo-one is super hidden and in order to remove it and have space to work under my steering column I have to remove the driver seat... jeep space in the front is super tight...

	Thanks in advance

	Natalie

LINKR-LT2 (VS-4LU) 4G won't work with EVO ONE

I just got a Linkr-LT2. It came with the Linkr-LT1 quick install guide. I followed the steps in the quick install guide but the unit does not work.
The Linkr LT app only shows my car battery voltage and connection signal. The GPS tracking is working fine. The START/STOP/LOCK/UNLOCK
don't work. I searched the internet and found the "mycar installation guide". I followed the steps to learn the Linkr-lt2 to the Evo one. I turned on the "Fortin 2" function on the EVE ONe. I pressed and held the valet button for 5 seconds but the RED led light on the Evo One did not turn on.

Problem SOLVED. .Linkr LT2 is working fine now...

I found the video on youtube 12voltsolution. The guy pressed the UNLOCK button on car key several times to neutralize the EVO ONE before he did the following steps.

STEP 6. LEARN THE MYCAR TELEMATICS DEVICE TO THE EVO-ONE
In order to communicate with the remote starter, the telematic system must be learned to the EVO-ONE.
1 - Cycle the ignition to the ON position.
2 - The YELLOW LED on top of the EVO-ONE should come ON.
3 - Press & Hold the EVO-ONE programming Valet button for 5 seconds.
4 - The RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will Flash rapidly.
5 - Release the push button.
6 - Press & Release the push button 5x times. Everytime the push button is pressed the parking lights
& the RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will blink.
7 - Then Press & Release the Brake pedal.
8 - At that same moment the RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will blink once to confirm that the
Telematic device ID has been learned to the EVO-ONE.
9 - Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the OFF position to Exit the EVO-ONE programming.
