Evo-One master reset not working.

I turn the ignition to on, but when I press and hold the valet switch the parking lights do not come on. I then press and release the valet switch 23 times and then step on the brake pedal and release it. I then press and hold the valet switch for 5 seconds and when I turn of the ignition, the parking lights flash 4 time.

I need the unit to reset because I have reached the limit for the Dcryptor.

The vehicle is a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek 2.0 automatic with standard key.

The unit service number is 002B07 338366

How to do a master reset and delete all programming back to factory setting , which options to use and is 23 is as press or led flash because the first one have no flash led , and is there manual for these options and to be partial reset to delet keyfob, bypass, remote starter.

Master reset on an EVO-ONE

Is there a way to do a master reset on an EVO-ONE with the flash link manager? I am aware of the reset in the vehicle (valet switch 23 times etc...). But was wondering if there is another way without it having to be in a vehicle?

Guys,

I found a situation thought of letting you know to document in your database. I got 2014 Toyota Camry.

I did everything to ensure connection are great and it is not valet key. I used black key which has original remote named under Denso with alll buttons. Bypass is not programmed, after 5 days of search, i finally figured out even though key looks black and looks exactly like master key, .. it is not master key it is coded as valet key.

If you want to really find it is master key, ask the customer to look at security light in panel, if that light goes as soon as key is inserted then it is master key else if it goes after second or so, it is valet key, i callled locksmith programmed new master key all went fine.. please store this in ur database.

Is it safe to master reset my evo-fort1 if the setting "Prevent settings from being lost when doing a master rest" (I think thats what it said) is on?

I purchased the unit pre-programmed so I didnt buy the updater.

Its very cold here and my wife is on my butt to get this working. So I thought I try a MSTRRST
