Cant get passed Step 5 for decrypting key

14 Audi S4, Purchases Evo-All w/ T harness. Got the 3 wires needed to be installed (Brake switch, CAN Hi & CAN Low) along with the T harness installed. I can get the module to program but can't get it to Flash Blue On step 5. I checked & verified I tapped into correct wires 3 times. I got another module and still same thing. Any thoughts? Winter is here and would like the remote start to work :)

No flashing blue on Step 5 - 2013 Q5

Trying to program my 2013 Audi Q5 with EVO-ALL or AUDT1 or EVO RS. I really don’t know because all three of those are on the box that it came in, which is confusing in itself. I’m using the T harness that came with it, and I spliced into the brake switch connector and the CAN hi and lo wires. T plugged into the key port. I flashed the EVO using the software and FlashLink. I can get through steps 1-4, but at step 5, I push key in to power on vehicle, the blue light comes on, I press and release the programming button on the EVO, the light goes out, but never comes back on to flash repeatedly as the instructions say it should.

Vw teramont 2021 evo-all

I'm trying to install an Evo-All module on a Teramont, which is the European version of the VW Atlas, model year 2021. Could I encounter any issues if I follow the instructions for the Atlas?

The blue LED doesn't blink rapidly after turning on the ignition. The car schematics are identical.

Evo-all for atlas 2021 can’t programmed

I bought the evo-vwt6 kit and followed the instructions at https://fortin.ca/download/92391/EVO-ALL_IG_RTS_BI_VW_ATLAS_2018_PTS_B_92391.pdf.

I opted for the steering wheel heating version.

I loaded firmware version 61.28.

I followed the programming instructions, but on step 5, I never saw a rapidly flashing blue LED.

What might I have done wrong?

I read on forums that this could be a sign that it's not detecting the CAN bus.

I also found discussions about VW removing the CAN bus from the steering column.

Please help me find a solution to this issue.

Evo One, 2021 Mazda CX5 automatic, not getting blue led on step 4

It is set up on bypass firmware 85.12 and remote start firmware 1.26. I reflashed each firmware to the module in pro mode just be sure then reflashed the settings. It is set to the defaults with the wizard but I did switch to pro mode at one point to verify a few of the settings that were mentioned in the guide, A11 C1 and D2. Once I bring it to the car and plug in holding the button, blue led comes on and then I plug in 3 other cables (THAR-ONE-MAZ3 cable). I press ignition twice, it just cycles through the leds over and over. I've waited at least 2 minutes and it never stops cycling. I tried to read the voltage on the CAN BUS and it was 0.8-1.3V DC while this was going on. Any other things I can try to get the Dcrypt done? Thank you!

Why won't my Evo-One move past step 4 on programming?

I have verified the correct firmware, proper voltage on yellow wire A1, and correct can-bus wiring.I have constant 12v with a good ground. When I turn the ignition to run the blue led that is supposed to flash 10x's turns off. I installed accordind to the install guide provided through fortin's website.I have followed the troubleshooting guide and get stuck after confirming all 5 steps

The first 3 steps in the programming are very straight forward. If you cannot pass these steps verify the following:
1- Firmware: Ensure you have flashed the correct firmware to the module as indicated in the installation guide.
2- Power & Ground: Verify the module is receiving a constant 12 volts and has a good ground.
3- Yellow Wire (A1): Verify this wire is on the correct ignition wire. Their should be 0 Volts present during the first 3 steps.

If the Blue led does not flash common issues would be the following:

1- Yellow wire (A1): Not connected to correct ignition source.
2- Can Bus Wires: If these are reversed or connected to the wrong can bus wires the module will not program.

I'm Stuck on Step 5 while programming my EVO-ALL with the T-Harness EVO-AUDT1 on My Audi S4 B8 (2014).

I connected my evo all unit according to the wiring diagram that I already downloaded from the website, then when I started the programming procedure, also according to the steps in the guide #97611, everything was going on normally until step-5-, then the unit never move to step-6- ( after I press and release programming button (in step-5-) the blue LED goes off and never return back flashing). I repeated the procedure one more time but I reached the same step and the unit never moves to the next step.
Thank you in advance for any help! I am a long time using of the EVO ALL and have done a few EVO ONE. A bit stumped on my 2017 F150 though. Using EVO ONE with the THAR FOR 3 harness.

All plugged in. Following wiring diagram for the A1 and A16 (put them together) on the white 20 pin connector.

When I go to program it, I can't get it to "blink blue". Therefore, I can't get any further in the programming procedure.

Followed the directions in the Guide. What could I be missing?
Toyota 2016 Prius TOYT6 T harness
I am using the guide : Regular Installation without Take Over with T-harness

Hello, I spliced into the 3 wires that were needed. 2 at the OBD2 connector (ground(4) and +12V(16) and 1 wire at the hybrid ECU connector (+) starter(A16).

I took out the 30 pin main body ECU and plugged in the 30 pin connector labelled B from the T harness into it. I then plugged in the 30 pin main body ECU into the T harness female 30 pin side. Am I missing anything?

I plug in the power wire into the Fortin module while holding the button and I waited until it turned solid blue. I then connected the rest of the connectors into the Fortin module. I pressed the power button on the vehicle twice without pressing on the brake. The blue LED stays solid and does not flash. When I turn on the car fully, the LED blue light still stays on. If I turn off the car, the blue LED light is still on

2014 Mazda CX5 Manual - Installed EVO-ONE W/ THAR Lights blink blue does not stay on solid

Hello, I purchased an EVO-ONE kit along with the T-harness for my 2014 Mazda CX5 manual trans, push button start. I programmed the module originally with the Flash Link on windows 10 laptop, I installed it in the vehcle with the T Harness. I ran a wire for the hood switch and mounted it. I am unsure if I hooked up the clutch switch correctly, the picture shows it in series but the input goes straight into the module and then back around into the T Harness..I hooked it up to the ground side trigger.

The module will not power up and stay on, if I hold the programming button or unplug the 6 pin and plug it back in the unit will blink all the LEDs and then they just all go out. The blue one will not stay on.

Can I get some guidance guys? Anybody run into this before? I double checked all the plugs into the module, the T Harness plugs.

I was sent an EVO all that was preprogrammed. During first attempt, something went wrong, and I think by whole unit had the programming erased. I bought my own Flash Link updater, and loaded the settings based on standard questions. I believe I have everything right, but when I take the module to the car and hold down the program button and plug in the data cable, I only get the solid red light. No alternating blue, yellow, red. I did get them on my first attempt, but not after my reprogram.
EVO ONE does not see RFK942

Good day to you.

I am having problems programming the RFK942 to the EVO ONE (installed in my 2010 Acura TL with Push-to-Start). When I connected the antenna to the module (using only the antenna cable the RF kit came with) the blue LED on the RF antenna never turned on. After several attempts, I decided to remove the EVO ONE and connect it to my computer (running Windows 10) using the Flashlink Updater (running the latest firmware). The Flashlink Updater could not detect the EVO ONE (and the EVO ONE LEDs never illuminated). I thought that perhaps the Flashlink Updater was inoperative but when I connected an EVO ALL and two RFK942s to the Updater, I discovered that the Updater is functioning properly. I just programmed the EVO ONE a week ago and had no issues then. In fact, the module remote starts the vehicle (Lock 3x on OEM key fob). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Evo One not seeing RM411

Trying to install RM411 to increase range on Evo One from simple 3x OEM.

Bypass works and car starts on OEM 3x.

Never had an RF kit on this EvoOne before. Plugged in, blue light flashed on. Entered Programming mode using Valet button. Remote LED starts flashing. I press and hold RM411 remote for about 10-12 seconds as per instruction. Remote goes from Solid, to Flashing, to off, back to SOlid Blue and then I release. Antenna stops flashing as per instructions to identify that its learned the remote. I turn off ignition. Still does not work.

Tried resetting Remote Start using programming mode and 23 valet button pushes method. Put Evo One back on flasher and reset remote start options for car (tachless and disable alarm). Still nothing from the remote.

ALSO - I can not enter programming mode using the remote. Turning Ignition on, off, on does not give me a solid blue antenna LED to then hit brake 4x and program remote that way. Not sure of that's helpful to know.

Please advise. I don't have another Evo One in stock to try right now.

2009 Kia Optima - EVO-ONE - Unable to acquire Can Bus data - Blue LED does not flash

2009 Kia Optima w/ Standard Key. EVO-ONE with T-Harness and latest Firmware. No PATS (No Immobilizer). Using Guide #60931 and Program #2 (Vehicle without PATS data wire).

I've tried everything, and cannot acquire the Can Bus data. Blue LED goes off instead of flashing rapidly when key is turned to the on/run position, and comes back on solid when the key is turn off.

I've double and triple-checked all wiring. All connections are soldered and pass continuity checks.

Yellow wire (A1) is connected to Pink wire (E5) on the T-Harness as shown in the Wiring Guide.

OBD-II connector Pin 6 (White wire) is connected to Gray wire (C3) and measures 2.7 VDC.

OBD-II connector Pin 14 (Black wire) is connected to Grey/Black wire (C4) and measures 2.3 VDC.

I reversed the connections to C3 and C4 with the same results: No flashing Blue LED.

Can anyone provide some guidance on what else to do to get this working?

EVO-ALL Not Pairing With CAN BUS

	Hello All;

I'm having difficulty getting the EVO-ALL to correctly pair with the CAN Bus. Per the troubleshooting guide, I did double-check each connection and tested the voltage. I believe I have an unbalance pair CAN1 connections. One connductor tests at 4.5 and the other at .5. Per the guide, I've tried to cycle the vechile thorugh its functions, e.g. Start, Stop, Seats, Mirrors, etc but I can't get the CAN1 conductors to measure at 2.5. See troubleshooting guide below:

	Any ideas?

	Thanks!

NOTE: In some cases the can bus wires will fall into a single wire can system and this may prevent the module from programming the can bus. Meter the can bus wires one at a time. They should measure roughly 2.5 Volts DC per wire. If you have one wire with 4.5 Volts and the other is .5 Volts the module may not program. Stop programming and start the vehicle with the key or pts button, put the vehicle through its functions such as the radio on/off, door locks, electric seats, etc to try and balance out the can bus wires. In some cases you may need to drive the vehicle to get the Can Bus to balance back out. Once you have done this re test the can bus wires to ensure they are roughly 2.5 volts per wire.

Everything is connected. This is not my first time using evo-all. 2009 rx 350. Remote start cranks vehicle, red light on evo all illuminates, but will not turn on. Red light never changes over to yellow or blue light status. Car originally had an older remote start system with bypass. A New key was programmed. Car would crank with remote start, but would never run. Would repeat 3 times before shutting down. So, installed updated remote start system along with evo-all, same thing. Cranks will not run. Updated evo with latest software, still same issue. Did the key that got programed, effect the system?

I am at the point where i have the Blue LED and all the connectors attached. Then when i turn the key to the ignition on/run position, the blue LED does not flash.

Not sure what the issue is, since i have used the flash link updater to update the fimrware. Any suggestions?

while programming, blue light goes off at key on

installing standalone evo all (EVO-CHART5) with T harness on 2007 dodge durango. I have made the connections purple from T to Green/ Red (a18), yellow from T to yellow(a1), plugged T harness behind key switch. Used flash link 2 and selected options c1 for lock 3 times to start. I plug in black plug to evo all while holding in the button and release on blue, plug all connectors in and when i turn the key on the blue light goes off. I have 12vdc on the yellow wire (a1). Turn the key off and blue light comes back on. I have verified my all my connections. I even did a master reset, downloaded the latest firmware etc. what else should i do?? I have installed 4 of these so far and i have never had this issue with the others.

Programming failure 2015 Ford Fusion standard Key w/ standalone + THAR-FOR2

Following instruction 59421 to install a stand-alone system with THAR-FOR2, I get to step 9 in the key bypass programming section. The vehicle's ignition turns on, but the blue light never flashes rapidly.

I've confirmed that the firmware is 71.46, and the 3 wires (Light Blue, Light Blue/Black, and Yellow) that come from the T-harness are properly crimped to the wires going to pins A20, A10, and A1. (crimped, and applied adhesive lined heat-shrink)

The CAN connections were connected to the wires at the pins as depicted on page 4 of the instructions - I noticed an error in the instructions, pin 20 on the diagnostic connector had a solid blue wire, rather than White/Blue. This wire was going to pin 20, and was twisted with the white wire on pin 19. To confirm proper connections, with the connector unplugged from the Evo All, I measured resistance between C1 & C2 to be 62ohms, and between C3 & C4 to be 61ohms - consistant with a standard CAN network.

I've tried switching C1 with C2, I've also tried switching C3 with C4 - no improvement.

Any help to get past step 9 will be appreciated.
