Can't complete Step 5 - Blue LED don't Flash. Audi S4 2014

Anyone can help me?

I'm Stuck on Step 5 while programming my EVO-ALL with the T-Harness EVO-AUDT1 on My Audi S4 B8 (2014).

The BLUE LED doesn't begin flashing.

CAN Connections are Good. I Measure round about 3V on the Whit 5 Pin connector between Grey and Grey-Black.

Grey-Black goes to Orange-Brown (CAN-Low) and Grey goes to Orange-Green (CAN-High) like in the Guide described.

I have connected these Cables at the CAN Connector near the Relays at the left bottom under the Driver footwell.

The led cannot be solid blue in the first step

I bought a EVO-ALL and T-harness for my 2009 silverado 1500. I connectted the T-harness to my truck. I press and hold the button on then EVO-ALL, then plug the 4-PIN data wire to EVO_all. But the led on EVO-All cannot to be solid blue. So I have no chance to release the button. I waitted long time and tried sereral times. Same problem. So I cannot pass the first step when I tried to install it.

One more question, the EVO_All I got shows EVO_RS on the box, not EVO-GM. But the T-harness is Thar-GMt4. Is it the problem. Thanks,

2013 ram 3500, no lights, no bad fuses

Installation not complete on 2018 F150, last step left on solid blue

Every step was complete as follows:

1) plug in T harness

2) while holding down black button connect the black plug on top of module

3) colors go through sequence, release on solid blue

4) plug in white plug of bottom of module

5) turn key to on position

....it does not go through rapid flash after this. Instead it stays solid blue.

ordered my flash link updates just in case. And helo would be great on how to get this working.
