Allo j ai installer un demarreur à distance avec un evo all sur prius prime 2020, mon client me mentionne que son moteur a gas ne part pas quand il le part au demarreur a distance. La chaufrette alors ne sort pas de chaleur. Quel serais la solution svp.

Guide #71221 for my prius shows a yellow wire going to connector A pin A1 on the Evo One. I traced the wiring on my t-harness and it only goes to the 7 pin steering lock connector which isn't connected and spliced on the wire that shows it should be isolated. But on Guide #59741, it shows a wire from to a connector on the fuse box. I'm unsure why it's needed there, but not needed when using the T-harness?

Installed a remote start on a 2013 Prius vehicle starts and stops as it should from the key and the remote start but customer is saying there is now a hybrid error showing on the dash. There arent any check engine lights on just saying the hybrid system needs service. I called tech support and they suggested going to the dealer for service but the customer took it to a local service station who said the remote start is causing the problem. Has anyone else had this issue? i don't believe its from the remote start as I said it functions normally
