Pathfinder '22 EvoALL wont start,lock,unlock

Hi,

I installed Evo ALL on Pathfinder 2022 using TNIS7 harness and Crimestopper rf kit. Installation was straight forward, programming was easy as well. When I try to start car it will not. Using factory fob, car receives CAN signals (blue led blinks) and dashboard lights up. Using rfkit remote, lock unlock dont work (only lights flash, door will not lock unlock). When try to start car using rf kit remote, first it locks door, dash turns on and thats all. Evo sends CAN signals(blue) and recognize Ignition (yellow).

When I programed module I turned bypass hood switch on in options and picked Crimestopper rfkit (but this should not matter because 3xLock doesnt work either). I used firmware 92.05 (instructions states to use 92.04)
s/n: 001A07019830

Any advice, what am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance.

Door locks

Installed an evoall and tbvw in 2016 Golf. door locks don't lock or unlock while car is running. Factory remote will shut off the car via lock unlock lock. Can evoall unlock the doors without adding a complete starter unit?

Or can a relay be added and hardwire unlock?

Thanx in advance
2015 Toyota Sienna remote unlock not working

I installed EVO one with T-harness with H-key. The module was programmed to work with OEM key (3 lock start). Everything worked as designed for over a year but lately when the minivan is started using OEM remote, the car does not unlock the doors. When the car is running on the remote start and the unlock key is pressed, the parking lights dim or flickr indicating that the signal is received but the doors stay locked. It used to work fine and no rewiring or other work was performed to the car. Also, one time when remote start cycle was complete the parking lights stayed on even after the car was shut off after completing 10 or 15 minutes remote start cycle.

2012 Kia Soul standard key rf641w not unlocking and locking vehicle

2012 Kia Soul standard key no immobilizer. Using thar-one-khy1. I am using the tachless mode. I have programmed 2 rf641w keys successfully, however they do not unlock and lock the vehicle properly. I even tested the wires to ground to verify ground control and that was better than the module was doing. So here's the behavior:

Lock: will not work unless I lock the car with the oem remote period. making me think the evo module is storing status incorrectly or is unaware.

Unlock. Works if I press the unlock button 3 times

I have also tried adjusting option 8 for this with no luck. (unlock pulse adjustment)

Kill start - I am unaware, but is there no feature to kill the remote start and turn the vehicle off via the remotes?

	Thanks in advance.

Unit was flashed to recommended/newest firmware prior to install.

Service No: 002B07 200206

Everything is installed and working (As far as the Remote Starter Goes). When using the OEM Remotes the vehicle will lock and unlock as it always has. However, when using the RF642W remotes, The remote start works flawlessly (Push button, parking lights on, start/Crank, Run) The lock button locks the doors, but the unlock button also locks them (and does not unlock). The OEM Remote will unlock the door as normal with the remote starter running, but I would really like to not have to carry two remotes with me.
Honda civic 06 EX standard Key.

Installed EVO One (updated with latest firmware1.24 aka 0.60, Hardware rev 4). D2 is off.

Wiring is according to the installation manual using Tharness Hon1, Rev 1.

Car remote startedusing 3x oem lock press. 3x lock stops the engine and then it unlocks the driver door.

If i remote start and then press unlock on OEM remote, it blinks the parking lights but will not unlock the door which is an issue.

I did connect the lock unlock wires on driver boot side clip. Also Tharness yellow wire is cut for IMMO + connections
2011 VW Tiguan - EVO ALL Stand Alone Remote Start w/ OEM Key COMPATIBLE?

I see some conflicting info out here that has me concerned an EVO-ALL will not work properly for a stand alone remote start install on a 2011 VW Tiguan.

	1) My 2011 Tiguan is technically "push to start" with a transponder chip FOB to allow a start without a true keyed ignition. The install guides reference a STANDARD KEY install, but do show the key FOB wire looping to bypass the transponder. I just want to be sure upon entering the vehicle after a remote start I would do what... "push the start button and brake" to confirm I had entered the vehicle to simulate turning a manual ignition key to ON? Or is this a dealbreaker?

	2) One of your techs stated that on a 2011 VW Tiguan NO REMOTE UNLOCK is possible with the OEM FOB after a remote start. Is this true? And if YES, how the heck would I get into the vehicle after a remote start locked the doors and fired up the ignition? The manual emergency key? Here is the thread...

When pressing unlock button vehicle locks instead of unlocking

Lock, start, aux buttons do nothing, although i see visual led confirmation on antena.

OEM remote 3x lock start works fine.

Firmware up to date, install was done over a year ago and everything worked fine untill recently.

Antena cable has no visual damage.

When I press unlock button I see that fortin detect it by blinking with blue LED but nothing happens.
I've connected A5 and A19 pins to unlock and lock signals of BCMkuga, turned option A1 on - no use.

Need help.

Problem 1: the car don't unlock. I hear the lock mechanism, but it's like if the car is locking instead of unlocking. The flashers flash twice. The lock command works fine (flashers flash once).
Problem 2: when I remote start the car, the alarm starts. I have to unlock the car from the oem remote to stop the alarm.

I installed an Evo One in a Mazda 3 2012 standard key using the regular installation instructions https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/29661/evo-one_ig_reg_bi_maz-2-3-tribute_2001_key_b_29661.pdf

I connected all the wires directly, without any resistor.

The only wire I didn't connect is the "Parking Light" (E1).

The analog door lock wire (green/red A18) was connected to the dark green wire in the BCM driver kick panel (wirecolor pin 127,129) without any resistor.

All the firmwares are the latest.

Did I do something wrong?

Is it because of the parking light wire (White E1) that I didn't connect? I didn't find the wire on wirecolor. Is it accessory 2?

Is it because I didn't use the 1 Kohm resistor as on wirecolor for the analo door lock? How can I use a resistor for lock but not for unlock when using a single wire?

Do I have to activate/disable any option on the unit (evo one)?

Please help.

Thanks,

Issue programming crimestopper revo 1.1 to evo-one - 2016 KIA Soul

Everything else on the installation has gone fine per the instructions for programming the EVO ONE module. However, the module will not change from the YELLOW LED when turning the key to the ON position when trying to program the Crimestopper REVO remotes.

I do see that others mentioned that they downgraded the firmware to 1.16, but those posts are two years old at this time... Is this still necessary? It also seems that, the OEM key buttons will not work once the car is remote started??

I thought the purpose of buying the additional RF kit was to have the OEM keys work to unlock the vehicle remotely, after the car has been started remotely??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2017 Transit Remote Unlock - Stops Working After 20 Minutes

I'm trying to use the EVO-ALL with a cellular modem to remotely unlock the vehicle. The EVO-ALL has been flashed with the latest firmware and was successfully programmed to the vehicle for CAN bus only (blue LED flash pattern displayed).

Everything unlocks properly if the EVO-ALL purple/white wire (unlock) is briefly grounded within 20 or so minutes of the vehicle ignition turning off.

If the vehicle is locked with the OEM keyfob (lock button pressed twice) and 20 minutes elapses with the ignition off, the EVO-ALL stops unlocking the vehicle. Grounding the purple/white wire causes the EVO-ALL's blue LED to briefly flash, but nothing happens on the vehicle.

Based on the two diodes coming off the EVO-ALL white/red wire (ignition/accessory), I'm thinking this wire should be providing voltage momentarily prior to unlock, but no voltage ever appears on it. If this wire is used only for remote start, then this wire isn't relevent in our scenario.

Any ideas?

is it possible to to use the remote to unlock the door while running? Did I program something wrong? I have updated all the software to the latest version. Do I need to use a RF Remote?
OEM remote lock/unlock not working while vehicle is running on 2006 Honda Odyssey

I have a Fortin EVO ALL with a Crimestopper RS1-G5 remote starter on my 2006 Honda Odyssey.

Remote start works great but I can not lock/unlock with the OEM remote while the remote start is active. When I press the lock/unlock buttons on the remote, the blue light on the EVO-ALL activates. If I manually unlock the doors with the key, the sliding door button on the OEM remote still works. I did not hard wire any connections to the lock/unlock wires as I thought the D2D connection between the starter and EVO-ALL would take care of that.

I searched and firmware is 4.18. I don't own a unit to upload the latest firmware. Would the update allow for the OEM remote to control the door locks while the engine is running? I've read mixed information on this. Or should I hardwire the lock/unlock wires to the EVO-ALL?

2012 Tundra - 3x Lock trips panic, keyless does not work after remote started

I have had the Fortin Evo One remote starter installed for nearly three months, and it has worked flawlessly until yesterday. The 3X lock will now almost always (but not every time) cause the factory alarm to go off. It will also remote start the truck in the process, but will not allow me to use keyless to unlock/lock the vehicle. The running lights flicker when I press the unlock key on the fob, but nothing else happens. Two indicator lights, the Traction Control and ABS lights, turn on and remain on even after a successful/uneventful remote start. Any ideas?

Using Drone app to lock/arm car and when using the OEM remote key fob to unlock alarm trigger when opening the door

So I finally got the Evo-one/Drone to work with my 2005 Honda Pilot over the weekend. However while using the Evo-one/Drone app to lock/arm the car and when I use the OEM key remote fob to unlock while opening the door trigger the alarm. When the alarm is trigger can't use the OEM key remote to disarm, only Drone app that was use to arm the car will disarm it.

While I use the OEM key remote fob to lock/arm the car, I can use the Drone app to unlock/disarm the car and able to open the door without trigger the alarm. Is there a setting in the EVO-ONE that I need to change in order for the alarm to turn off when I use the OEM remote to unlock/disarm the car when the Drone app is use first to lock/arm the car? Or is that not possible

The ignition turns on when you go to unlock the doors with the remote fob. Just for a second or two. Is there a option that I need to activate with the programmer? It could possibly be the remote start. It's an over seas unit purchased on amazon by the customer. Didnt have time to diag remote start. It starts the engine and locks the doors with no problem. 2014 f150

Remote Lock/Unlock does not always work on EVO ONE

I tested this in the vicinity of the truck to observe what happens inside the cab:

The truck was locked and off for at least an hour.

When operating the remote to unlock the car (Toyota Tundra 2016) the dashboard lights up and external lights flash once. A quiet click but the driver side door does not unlock. A second press on the remote and the cycle repeats but nothing unlocks.

I then use the key to unlock the door and open. No alarm sounds so it means the alarm is disarmed but the lock function is not working properly.

This happens about 50% of the time. The other 50% the doors unlock as expected.

I should add that if I were to use the keys to unlock the car before using the Unlock key on the remote the alarm goes off as exepected.

I have the four key remote and was programmed per the instructions. I should also add that the remote start and the lock (with confirmation) works reliably each time.
