I am running on the 79.49 bypass and 1.24 on the remote starter. it doesnt seem like it wants to go into the programming mode. i have held the buttion so the red and blue light stood soild than i plug in all the wires as followed by the instructions. it blinks 9 times and pause. i turn the ignition on but nothing happens please help.
