I recently purchased the THAR-ONE-MAZ5 with the EVO-ONE remote starter and immobilizer bypass module for my 2023 Mazda CX-30. I installed everything following Manual #99841, but I’m experiencing an issue.

Problem 1: Vehicle Shuts Down After Takeover

After remote-starting the vehicle using my OEM key, I follow the takeover procedure (Page 11 of Manual #99841). However, as soon as I press the brake pedal, the engine shuts off.

Problem 2: A/C & Accessories Not Working Properly

Additionally, most accessories (including A/C) do not turn on during remote start. Even if I manually activate the A/C after remote starting, I can hear the compressor running, but the blower fan does not work nor the A/C interface screen.

i have just installed my evo-one with the gm3 t harness, and 942 rf kit on a 2015 chevy silverado 2500hd with standard key and onstar. i got the remote start and locks to work during testing but after i buttoned up, being careful not to stress any wires, my locks are no longer functioning. the remote says it worked, i hear the relays clicking, and see the parking lights flash. if i try to start the truck it will successfully start and run for about 3 seconds before shutting down. i will get several flashes of the parking lights but then it will not try to start again. i have counted 2 and 4 flashes after a failed remote start and i have even seen "service theft detterent system" on my dash a time or two after a failed start.

Hello. I installed Evo-One on 2016 Kia K7 (on liquid gas...with start-stop).. I specified 2017 Kia Optima in the manager. The EMS wire was behind the passenger kick panel in the red connector on the bottom, second from the right. Behind the fuse, the ignition wire (ON) was pink...the ACC wire was white...the starter wire was yellow with a black stripe. The CAN wires were also located behind the fuses in a small connector... yellow and black... blue and orange. Everything worked well, but after opening the door, when I pressed the brake, the car stopped... When I pressed the start-stop button, the radio turned on, and the start-stop button also showed a yellow LED, but the car stopped when I pressed the brake.

I didn't use the ACC-2. It was blue, behind the fuses. The customer left satisfied, but I'm wondering what else can be added to prevent the car from stalling when the brake is applied?

If you could please send me the serial number of this Evo-One...I usually write down the numbers in a journal and now I forgot to write them down...

Hi everyone,

I installed a remote starter on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 push start using a Compustar 930S with CM900 brain and Fortin EVO-ALL bypass module.

On the first remote start attempt, the vehicle starts normally, then shuts off after about 5–6 seconds. Immediately after shutting down, the system automatically attempts to start the vehicle again without me pressing the remote, and on this second attempt it stays running normally.

Installation and programming were completed as instructed. No fault lights, and the EVO-ALL appears to be learned properly.

Has anyone seen this behavior before on Toyota push-to-start vehicles?

Installed the Evo on my 17 Ram 1500 tip key and it worked flawlessly for the last 8 years. Now all of a sudden after I start it remotely and insert the key the car shuts off after I press the brake pedal. Any input greatly appreciated.

I finished installing the EVO One on my 2014 Subaru Forester 2.5i. I connected all the required cable according to the guide. I used Flashlink to install the 84.12 Bypass firmware and 1.26 Remote starter firmware. I successfully completed the programing procedure in GUIDE # 97491 for Evo one with THAR-ONE-SUB1 harness using decryptor. I also enabled the 3x oem remote start setting. The issue I am having now is the would sometimes start momentarily then immediately dies or the starter would click but not turn over. I tried messing around with the tactless sensitivity levels in flashlink but still having the same issue.

On the first press, the blue light blinks. On the second press, the blue light also blinks. On the third press, the blue light blinks, followed by the red and yellow lights. The blue light then turns off, leaving only the red and yellow lights on.

My issue is that I want the engine to keep running so I can drive immediately, rather than having the engine shut off when I press the brake pedal and then needing to restart it to get going.

Many users complained about this issue " engine shutdown when door opened ".

The question:

1- did you update the firmware to resolve this issue for evo rs toy13 kit ?

2- did you add more options for engine shutdown duration (for example 10 minutes)?

3- does your device have security to protect against stealing the car without key - for example engine will shutdown when gear shifted and key not detected?

EVO-One for 2011 Mazdaspeed 3 - Remote start starts the vehicle but immediately shutsdown after 1 second.

After I put my vehicle in ready-mode for my manual, push-to-start vehicle, my car will remote start properly, however, it immediately shuts off after about 2 seconds. Parking lights don't show any indication on why it shutdowns either. What could be the issue?

I also noticed that the wiring diagram for installation have flipped wiring colors for 7A (Back Clutch Switch 2) and 7B (Front clutch switch 1). It says the Back clutch switch should have 2 cables, a WHITE and a BLACK cable, however, in reality it has a GREY and BLACK cable. Same thing with the Front clutch switch; diagram says it should have a GREY and BLACK cable but it they're WHITE and BLACK in my car... I have tried both of these wirings actually, and the problem still persists. Even if this is not the cause of the problem, which one is correct?

I recently installed an Evo-ALL on a 2016 MAZDA 3. I haven't been able to get the engine to not shut down when I unlock and open the door. I have Parameter D3 'door open shutdown" OFF. I've tried switching D3 to ON and then OFF again, didn't work. Is there a way to get this to work?

I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra with the Evo One installed with the THAR-ONE-TOY7 harness. The problem I have is that the vehicle don't shutdown when it has been remote started and then the hood is opened. The vehicle will not remote start if the hood is opened, so I know the hood switch is functioning.

I installed Evo-one with RFK411 on my 2012 Subaru Impreza Standard key manual transmission. Everything works fine but When I exit the vehicle after parking following the ready mode sequence:

Vehicle keeps running even when I take the key off of the ignition barrel and it shuts off only when I shut the door after exiting.

Is it possible to turn off the vehicle with the key without exiting the door?

The door locks itself after couple of seconds.

Is it possible to keep the vehicle unlocked when I exit even after the ready mode is activated. and I should have to lock it manually form the remote? Incase I forget the keys in the car.

P.S. : I've read Active and Passive Alarm and starter kill function. Is there anything to do with that?

Evo-one runs 45 seconds then shuts off

Corolla h/b 2020 push-to-start manuel. Je viens de remplacer tout le filage et le evo-one. Decryptor et programmation se passent bien. Moteur démarre et fonctionne pendant 45 secondes, s'éteint, puis redémarre et fonctionne encore 45 secondes.

Problème de tach en data link? Pourtant l'ancien kit a fonctionné 3 ans avec les mêmes branchements. 70.66 les door locks ne fonctionnent plus et le evo-one devient défectueux .. 70.70 roule 45 secondes et door lock ok.

1.25 ok. 1.24 pas de door lock fonctionnels. 1.26 decryptor impossible.

En tachless ne démarre pas.

I have installed the remote starter 2.5 years ago, but it recently stopped working. I replaced the Evo-One unit and it seemed to be working fine now. Until it was cold and rainy and then the truck would not shut off, even after I turned off the ignition and removed the key. I tried restarting the truck turning the key to on and off multiple times and nothing worked. I then removed the Evo-One and the truck shut down.

Hello there guys, i have a 2014 mitsubishi outlander with evo-all and rf442 kit. All works fine and well. And then i added an evo-start lte module. I was able to program it with the rf442 kit. RF kit works fine as before. Then the app for the evo-start works fine as well except for the remote stop/engine off function. Lock, unlock, and remote start/engine on function works. But when i try to do and remote stop/engine off. It doesnt work. Is this a bug on the app? Or is there a programming issue? Again. Lock, unlock, and remote start/engine on works. Its just the remote stop/engine off function that is not working.

any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Btw im using it on ios device.

I installed evo-one (standalone) on a 2023 Camry (euro Key). The connection diagram and programming were the same as for 2020. In the manager I indicated 2019-2023 RAV4 88/20. Everything works and the owner left happy. But 32-3(DK.Blue (GWR) Shut Down After) I think I forgot to choose. And what does 32-3 do? Can you check whether, I indicated it or not? 002B04070335

Hi, I have a 2006 Mazda Mazdaspeed6 with a manual transmission and I'm trying to remote start it with the EVO-ONE I installed on it. I believe I wired everything correctly according to the instructions but the engine is not shutting down after I follow the sequence to enable Ready Mode on the remote starter. The doors lock and unlock confirming that the sequence was done correctly to enable remote starter but when i get out of the vehicle and close the door the engine doesn't turn off and I'm unable to lock the door with the OEM remote. Its as if it doesn't know the status of the doors?

I have a 2009 Ford F150, I have installed the evo all remote start and it works perfectly. The truck shuts off when ever i open the door. I even bought the flash link to fix the settings, I havent found the correct settings. Now on the instructions I did recieve from the intial install on the 24pin there are two wires that you are supposed to use to bypass the door opening. But I do not have those wires on my 24 pin. And it was never covered on the two videos I watched for there installs(same year make and model)

Hi.

I've just installed an EVO all with T-harness in standalone mode into my 2014 Audi RS5. Car has PTS and keyport.

Everything went without a hitch, with decryptor programming, 3x lock oem keyfob, and works as intended, however I cannot remote shut down the vehicle with 3x lock oem FOB. FOB works to lock and unlock doors while remote started.

I've checked flashlink to see if I missed selecting an option but there is nothing that mentions "remote stop" or related.

Have I missed something, or is this par for the course for B8.5 Audi vehicles? Thanks.

EDIT: I managed to remote shut down. I had to press the lock button on the OEM FOB about five-six times in rapid succession, but it works.

I am currently utilizing the Evo One with my 2017 Ford C-Max Energi SE plug-in hybrid in conjunction with the T-Harness. I have checked wiring, factory reset and re-programmed the Evo one, and ensured the recomended bypass/remote starter settings are properly checked. If I had to guess, I would say that becasue my combustion engine does not start when the vehicle is started, until power is required, that the module considers it a false start and shuts down the vehicle. Any advice would be much appreicated.

And since I'm here, when wiring the evo one into the horn, is the T-Harness(Orange/Black) wire spliced into the existing connection(Brown), or is the (Brown) horn wire being redirected through the module? The installation makes it clear that it appears that the connection is being redirected, but I wanted to be sure. Thank you!

When i bought my 2017 ram 1500 it came with the remote start and i loved it never had an issue recently my fob died and i wasn't quick to change it it didn't bother me finally today i went and bought a tiny screw driver and changed the battery it worked and it was fine. it wasn't until my sister opened the door that i noticed that if i had my truck on and any of the doors were opened then my truck would turn off and it never did it before. how do i fix it?

We did the install of a evo unit 001A07 256829 with THAR-CHR7 for a 2012 Dodge Journey as per instructions .

The remote start works but we can't stop the car until the unit is disconnected , we think there's a problem with the unit receiving a brake signal .

Should we remove the obd2 harness and directly splice onto the canbus wiring or could there be an error in the flashing , key programming or decryptor process ?

2015 dart. Evo-all installed correctly and operates correctly. restart while running happens while in motion and then the engine stalls. Wait a minute and restart with key and all is well. This happened when remote started and started with key.

i installed evo one with rf642 succesfully. car starts for a few seconds then shuts down then starts it for the second time for another few seconds then again it shuts down.

it starts it twice and shuts down. then the remote responds the red LED blink which means its terminated the remore start.

To stop the engine after remote start, should the engine be stopped by the Start/Stop engine button?

after remote start, I can not stop the engine by clicking the Start/Stop button but can by pressing the brake. So after remote starting the engine, I must restart the engine again since trying to put the car in drive stops the engine.

2016 dodge dart tip key stopped working half a year after install. starts then shuts down the car immediately.

reflashed and followed the guide to a t and its doing the same thing upon start. it worked all last winter. i did take it in for a recall and they said they updated the engine control modual software. dont know if that has to do with anything.

Hello, I installed the evo all on a 2015 jetta with push to start - remote starts functions, but this vehicle does not have the accesory mode, so when i push on the pts(engine start) button the car shuts off. for example i also instaleed the evo all on an infiniti with push to start but that one has the accesory and then the run mode. Is there a way to fix this or its just something that i will have to deal with. I can still get the car to warm up, but i cant just hop in and go, i have to start the car again.

Why is my auto start starting for about 10 sec, turning off and back on again to do the same thing?

I have put an Evo key-overide-all and an Autostart in a 2001 lexus es300. Wired everything up and vehicle turns on normally and shuts down fine with the key fob however if I leave the vehicle running it shuts down and restarts after about 10 seconds.

Gone over wiring and everything is good. Double check programming on the Fortin but there are no changes to be make to the key overide. Only the update but there override is up to date.

Hi, i installed an evo-all to my volkswagen jetta 2010 using standalone guide sacrifice 1 key (wrap) 3x lock on oem fob to start vehicle. the wiring seems ok, evo-all got programmed, i press lock on oem fob and vehicle fire up run for 3 seconds and die, and vehicle attempt it self once more starts and did the same run for 3 seconds and die, what would be causing the issue why it wont stay up running? firmware inside 75.[41] hardware is 7.0 is this ok? the one on the guide says firmware is 75.[35] and hardware is 6. would this be matter? inside bypass option C1, D1, D2 is On what else could be the issue causing the vehicle not staying running after remote started?

I installed evo fort-1 on escape 2008,standalone system,when pressing 3x lock,rf 64-2w starting button,vehicle starts.but vehicle wont shut off and also evo all module wont shut off when pressing the brake pedal,and using the rf 64-2w button vehicle wont shut off. i been installed this evo fort1 w/ rf kits on escape 2008 and 2010 before,i dont have any problem on pressing brake pedal, the vehicle will shut down and also on using rf remote vehicle will shut off.wondering if there is faulty on the evo all module or theres need to activate on the new module.

i have the evo all, updated firmware, corrected the setytings in the flashlink to use H2 for the rfk411,what els eshould be enabled? the jeep starts, runs for 2 seconds and then iss witched off again by the evo all. then the evo has the red and orange light solid.
