Constant res light on evo-all

2014 Toyota Tacoma withvthe blavk ley stamped G.

installed the unit, got all the wires hooked up correctly.

When I plug the black, 4 pin connector into the evo all to start programming, the red res light comes on and stays constant red, no matter what I do the red light will not go away! Tried a master reset, nothing still red ligjt.

What could be my problem?

Derek did not answer my question even after he says he did. QUESTION= what color is the starter wire from the push button to the starter in a 2013 Dodge Changer ???????????????? 'installing a starter shut down device'
