Manual transmission EVOONE 2007 FJ cruiser

Hello I recently got a 2007 fj cruiser with a manual transmission and would Like to USE my EVOONE and RF942 kit. I have used your starters on manual transmissions by manually programming options with the flash link. Is that still an option even if your site is saying no more manual transmissions?

door locks on 2007 FJ Cruiser

The instructions for the Evo-One on 2007 FJ Cruiser doesn't show any wires for door locks. I wanted to connect a telematics unit to the Evo-One and use as my remote. Am I able to control door locks?

Solid red/orange light when programming and unresponsive unit.

I got the Evo-One. I installed initially with guide 19471 and programmed bypass successfully I believed. But I could not get remote start to work with the OEM remote. I reinstalled using guide 19481. Figured out I have to use RF kit with my car. Now, when I do the bypass programming, the red and orange light comes on and stays on. Unit does not appear to respond to valet switch whenI try to program fobs from my FirsTech RF Kit. I am sure all my connections are good. I soldered them in. I am lost now. What am I missing? First installed was flashed with 79.24 like the guide said. Second install I reverted to 79.18 like guide said. BTW. I have a 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser.

2007 FJ Cruiser does not have the RX and TX wire at the ignition barrel?

I have a Key-Override-All bypass unit and it shows to connect the required wires at the igniton barrel area. The installation manual shows that the RX and TX wires are at the 7 pin wire harness (Pins 4 & 5 for Rx and Tx, respectively). However, the 2007 FJ Cruiser I have does not have the 7 pin wire harness, rather, it has a 4 pin wire harness (Blue connector - The wire colors are Green/Yellow, Blue/White, White/Black and another White/Black. ) Is there another place where the RX, TX, and Keysense wires can be wired to? The remote starter starts the vehicle but stops/dies after a few seconds, indicating that the car needs to have a bypass unit installed. Can someone please let me know where/how I can bypass the car's ignition. Thanks. (remote starter is a 2-way LCD Autostart)
