Evo-all only offers can bus convenience features, such as brake status, tach status etc.

If you scroll down you will see under installation highlights there is a warning for "Remote starter solution not available. module used for convenience features only."

No, there is no output that will pulse the horn (either - or +) at remote start.

Make sure the evo all is not plugged into the car when connecting it to the flash link updater.

le tiguan 2018 ne demarre pas, la cle valet entourée de fils ne semble pas fonctionner

Quand on actionne le demarreur, on peut voir sur le tableau de bord qu'il ne voit pas de clé. il essaie 2 fois et barre les portes. les lumieres du vehicule flash 1 fois. J'ai 10 tours de fils autours de la cle valet.

If the vehicle had issue starting with the key normally then I would think it was a vehicle issue.

You could try a key wrap however, if it has trouble starting with the key normally, it will probably have the same issue when remote starting even if a keywrap is done.

That can happen when cars are modified such as immo delete.

Probably would be just easiest to hardwire the brake wire, its the black wire on the 20 pin connector of the evo, connect it to the wire at the brake switch that has 12v brake depressed and 0v brake released.

If you upgrade the vehicle to the virtual cluster in order for your remote starter to work you would need to:

1- sacrifice one of the vehicles keys

2- re flash the evo

3- re program it to the vehicle

4- re wire the installation for a key wrap install

Here is the guide you would need to follow for vehicles equipped with the virtual cluster:

Key bypass is not supported on VW/Audi equipped with virtual cluster, key sacrifice required.

Ign is turned on to dis arm the vehicle, the module powers ignition and sends transponder codes to dis arm it and allow unlock to work. This is normal operation of the unit.

The OEM proximity locking unlocking feature of the vehicle will remain functional but not to control the evoall, you will need to lock and unlock using the keyfob buttons or an aftermarket RF kit.

For a 2018 passat regular key it would be either an evo-vwt2 or an evo-vwt6.

Hello,

The take over sequence on this vehicle is unlock. If you unlock the vehicle while it is remote started, the car will let you drive away with it. Even if the key is not present in the vehicle.

You can activate option D3- Door open shut down. This will cause the vehicle to shut the engine down when the door is opened and will require you to restart the car making sure you have the OEM remote with you.

La séquence de prise en charge sur ce véhicule est déverrouillée. Ainsi que si vous déverrouillez le véhicule, la voiture vous laissera repartir avec. Meme si la cle n'est pas present dans le vehicule.

Vous pouvez activer option D3- Door open shut down. Cela entraînera la moteur du véhicule lorsque la porte est ouverte et vous obligera à redémarrer la voiture en vous assurant que vous avez la télécommande OEM avec vous.

BCM wire color is different from guide for clutch bypass -

I wired to pin 51 and when it tries to remote start it says depress clutch on dash. If i press clutch in the remote starter works.

Trying to understand if this is the correct pin on bcm used .

I have seen this a few times, you are plugged into the wrong connector at the steering column. You should be on the connector that is at the back of the metal box under the column.

Fortin does not currently list a t-harness for this vehicle. The installaiton must be hardwired into the vehicles exisiting wiring.

Also please note a key loss is required for remote start.

That would be normal on this vehicle as Fortin does not cover RAP (radio and accessory power). You would either need to open the door or try sending lock from your OEM remote. On this set up there is no output to pulse the door pin as the wire is already used in the installation.

VW Jetta 2015 - No Key even after Decrypt seems to have worked fine

I have installed a EVO ALL on a Jetta 2015 TDI (Push Start - Automatic). I have the EVO ALL, THAR-VW1 and TB-VW installed as per instructions (I decided to skip the trunk release wiring as I didn't find the feature useful for me case). The EVO All is programmed with Diesel Option enabled and it went through the Decryptor without any issues.

When I press the 3 lock sequence, the dash lights up (I had a previous problem that now brought me up to this point) but the dash says 'NO KEY'. The car starts if I get the key in the car, but not if the key is not in the car. I was wondering what could be the problem. The only item that I was wondering is that I reprogrammed (changed options) on the EVO ALL but didn't run the decript after, would this cause this issue? The car is store off site so I will drive in the morning and try this. But what other issues could this be?
