The only circuit that gets opened is the IMO data. I would ensure this wire is not open, from there the vehicle should function as normal. If not start checking fuses, connectors etc.

Simply select the rf kit you desire. It won't allow you to select both.

Here is the programming guide using evo start lte with an rf kit.

Be sure to note the additional steps when using both devices on one module.

It was installed in 2020 on the SRX, was it functional then?

did you reset the module when then trying to install it in the Outlander? Without a hard reset, it would not work since unit was previously in a different car.

This is the reset procedure. Unit options will need to be re-enabled afterwards:

Hold down programming button while plugging in datalink connector.
Let go of button when LED is RED.
Push and hold button again until all three LEDs start to alternate.
Disconnect unit, she is now reset.

Take a look a the t-harness, there is a plug labeled EVO-ONE there is a plug labeled EVO-ALL Ideally, the one labelled EVO-ALL should be connected to where is indicated in the guide. 3xlock is not an available feature on that vehicle. The website lists requriing an RF-KIT under Required Tech.

- Try updating the firmware in the module to 70.40 and then re program it in the vehicle and try re sending dcryptor.

1/ The only reason takeover is functioning without the key in the car is because you unlocked the vehicle. Permission to takeover comes from Unlocking from an authorized device; ie.. phone app, oem remote etc...

A thief cannot unlock the vehicle and once they break in, the car will shut down on door open. If a thief can unlock your car, that means he has your keys.

It's also important to note that on all push to start cars, once the vehicle is running, the key does not have to be present in the vehicle to drive away. Some manufactures will prevent shifting the car, but GM (at least my own buick), can be driven without the key present if it was already running.

2/ No answer for this as there are no reports of both glass and lift gate opening at the same. You can try changing options A2 to OFF and also changing A5 and/or A6.

may be i need to cut and reconnect C5 (brown wire) to Grey 26-Pin plug pin 23 (green wire) because its connected to 27-Pin Blue Connector pin 22 ?

It's the same databus. I don't believe this will change much.

You need to search YouTube. There a A LOT of videos that show how to reprogram your factory, or factory style, remotes to that vehicle. For the first remote to program takes about 1 minute, each additional about 30. If you want to use your factory remote to start that year/make/model you need to look at a different bypass module manufacturer. It would NOT be appropriate to tell you who, but there IS a bypass module manufacturer that will allow for 3x Lock to start the vehicle you listed.

I upgraded the firmware on the RS side to 1.16 from 0.96 and both remotes programmed right away and all functions appear to work properly.

I am having issues with the theft deterrent. The Fortin module is not acting as a bypass. I have tried the latest firmware both in standard and standalone, then downgraded to 7.21, to no avail. I tested that everything else works on RF when the original key is near the barrel. Please help!

The EVOGMT4 is not a push button start system. You should contact the manufacturer of push button start system to see if they have something for your vehicle.

Evo-one will not 3x lock start with oem remote

2006 Cadillac Ext. has factory alarm but no remote start. On advice from a friend that is a certified installer, I bought an EVO-ONE since he said it would work with the factory remote and be able to do the 3x Lock with the OEM remote. The unit was installed properly and double checked via installer. Initially, it would not move past having a solid blue led because of yellow wire (A1) on 20 pin connector not being connected, was connected and checked again (this is not shown as needed in the wiring diagram). Initial settings were not allowing for the data signal to be picked up so the unit was re-flashed to 70.18 and the data signal was able to be found and programmed. All applicable settings are as suggested and 3x lock is enabled in the settings with the flash-link. The unit is now programmed properly for the bypass but will not remote start the truck via OEM remote and 3x lock. Needed to use the vehicle and wasn't able to get anywhere with support on Saturday since they're closed.

Current firmware flash confirmed:

Bypass: 70.18 firmware, 2.0 hardware

Starter: 1.24 firmware, 7.0 hardware

The evo-one will remote start your vehicle, however the T11 is not 100% compatible with the evo-one, hence why we do not list that remote in the RF kit section of the fortin website.

If you are set on getting the T-11 the following items is what would be required:

1- T11 remotes (firstech product)

2- T11 compatible remote starter (first tech/Compustar)

3- INT-SL+ (This is the bypass module. This would be the guide for the bypass portion of the installation, you would follow connection 3: http://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/46281/int-sl+_revj.pdf)

Also please note our solution only works on the standard metal blade key version of the 2006 cts. Not compatible with the smart key version.

That has never been tested on that specific vehicle, so I do not know if it would work or how you would even configure the 2 together.

You have put the vehicle into a "error mode" to correct the situation is as follows:

Plug in just the red connector to the evo and start the vehicle normally. Let it run for about 30 seconds and ensure no warning lights are on in the dash.

From this point forward leave the red connector plugged in a re start the programming.

An RF kit cannot be added to a factory remote starter to my knowledge.

You would have to instal an after market remote start system with an RF kit.

yellow/black wire on the evo is default the analog negative trunk release trigger. You may need to wire this up to open the liftgate.

I would also check to see if the oem remote allows opening the trunk while the enigne is running or if it only opens the glass.

If you look at connection 4 in the installation guide, there is a connection you need to make at the the Passkey module when the security stays on as you mentionned.
