I can't log in, I've used multiple browsers I've even logged into fortin and went to the page that way, but it won't give me anything. I even created a new account as it's been a couple days

On sat nov 25th i order a key and never recieved a key then i ordered another 1 and never got it either, i have sent an email this morning and still no reponse.

There is no 2020 Toyota RAV4 non hybrid push start in the drop down list when selecting that guide. Just curious is there's the 2019 Toyota RAV4 push start guide will work or is the 2020Toyota RAV4 hybrid push start guide will work.

I am using the https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/58071/drone-dr-3400-install-guide-58071.pdf as a guide on installing a drone telematics to an Evo-One. Firmware is already flashed to 0.50 but the wires on the wire harness for the Drone i receveid in the mail today are different color that the quide. The wire harness on the new drone has the same location on the red and black wires but now instead of the blue and white wires I have left to right the fallwoing colors: white, yellow, black and red. Do I still need to swap the white and yellow wires on hte connector going into the Evo-One?

I can't download guides 91101, 91111, and 91121. It say error 404 file not found. Is there another way to get or download these guides? It's for a 2020 Hyundia Venue with standard key. Thanks.

I got an activation code with an EVO-ONE that I purchased and was able to get access for my vehicle...for one day. When I try again today it is locked again. How do I get back into it?

Hello,

I can't seem to buy a token. I have tried numerous times using my debit card and each time I get an email saying the transaction was unsuccessful. I have verified that card information is correct along with the billing info and it still fails. I also tried PayPal and after checking out it takes me back to wire color without a token, just sends me through the "subscription" page again. Note, on the PayPal checkout i get no verification that the transaction has succeeded or failed.

All I want to do is buy a couple tokens for a remote starter challenger install. Any help resolving this problem would be appreciated.

When I registered my wire color code, the system reset and had the mazda 6 as the selected vehicle. I had the Ford F-150 2011-2014 selected before I entered code. How Do I get this reset back to the correct vehicle I had from the start?

So I used this Activation Key at my account for car Hyundai Tucson - Push-to-Start (2010-2013) or

Hyundai Ix35 (Euro) Push-to-Start 2012.

No I can not see any information in account, and I cannot enter this Activation Key again.

I need at times information on Audio Wiring related to a specific vehicle and or apllications related to the vehicle when asked about interfacing the original OEM Head receiver with an MP3-Ipod custom installation. To no one thought that the activation key is valid indefinitely, after entering.

I purchased an EVO ALL module to install a remote starter on my 2011 F-350. I opend an account & logged in, entered the activation key number from the card in the box but get an error message saying the key is not valid
