after viewing the instructional youtube video from "MPC | How to use your Flashlink Lite C" and following the instructions correctly, I keep ending up with "EMPTY KEY DATA" with the following error message: "The module was not able the vehicles immobilizer data. Reconnect the module to the vehicle and follow the instructions from STEP 1 to sample the immobilizer data" however in the youtube video, the module is not connected to a vehicle only a PC. Please help.

Hood pin installed but not functioning properly.

We installed the supplied hood pin and is not functioning properly. Starts with hood open and does not kill when started and popping the hood. Not sending trigger to EvoAll. Programming seems to be correct. Everything else works just fine.

Installed Evo on 2015 Silverado HD diesel and followed instructions, but remote start not working

2015 Silverado 3500 Duramax. Installed everything properly and followed all directions. Even watched install video to make sure. Have all settings set to factory, expect for diesel mode and 20s crank. Doors unlock when evo module is plugged back in after decryption, but remote start does nothing. I know the module is communicating because when removed the truck goes into theft protection mode and will not start. Please help.

Trying to get my remote start system up and going by the diagrams and pictures do not show which wire is the starter wire under my steering column.

Guide says option A7 off, just want to make sure also option A11 if truck has factory hood pin switch i turn it off? If I add pin switch turn it on? Can you tell me what options i need on for 2003 Chevrolet Silverado hd diesel? Installing viper remote start, what protocol do I need?

I need help with this... I have programmed and installed fortin evo GM4 in my chevy 2500 11”, the blue light comes on every time I press the 3X control but the engine does not start… so what could it be??

I am using the EVO-GMT4 which comes with the T-harness. 2008 2500HD 6.6 Duramax WT with standard key. All programing went fine, after initial installtion had a fuse blow - under hood DIS 2.5A fuse - replaced and system works with 3x lock button on factory remote.

If I key start the truck I get a security light on the dash, stays on solid the entire time. Truck runs fine just has the annyoing light on the dash. Have not pulled the code for the light yet as it goes out if I start with the 3x lock feature.

Any suggestions?

Evo-All sending ignition on thru data to external remote start/alarm, 2006 Silverado 2500HD

I have installed an Evo-All with Crimestopper SP-502 alarm/remote start system and the Evo-all is sending a continuous ignition on thru data signal to the SP-502 unit. This is verified by the key icon on the alarm remote and also the trouble code on the SP-502 when trying to remote start the vehicle. The Evo-All is programmed with firmware version 70.18. The wires are connected per guide number 61111 with the exception for trunk release (A13) which is N/A and Hood Status (A15) which is also N/A for this vehicle. The Evo-All is programmed per guide number 61111. The wiring from the Crimestopper SP-502 was connected to the Evo-All as per guide number 61111 and the remaining wires on the SP-502 were installed per the SP-502 installation manual.

The doors lock and unlock, but the continuous ignition through data from the Evo-All is preventing the SP-502 from setting the alarm, or remote starting the vehicle. I have verified each wire connected is correct per the manuals and wirecolor, vehicle specific instructions. What issues would cause a continuous "ignition on through data" signal from the Evo-All?
