2013 CX-5 Cranks But Won't Start M/T

EVO-ONE. I have the THAR-ONE-MAZ3 harness. White cable for clutch bypass is connected. Not sure what's going on. I've tried changing the programmable output from 2.1 (default) to 2.2 (I think it should be this one?) and still no luck. It will try to crank for a few seconds, then shut off then tries again for a few seconds but won't start. Yellow jumper was cut when I received it, but it is currently twisted together until I verify what the issue is then I'll do a more rigid connection. I don't have the hood pin switch connected, my kit didn't come with it. Not sure if this is preventing it from starting or not. I have tried enabling and disabling A11 for this but still no luck with remote start.
2015 VW GTI Manual, remote start worked once but now just cranks

Just finished installing an Evo-one LTE in my 2015 VW GTI, manual with push to start (mfg. in 2015) using the TB-VW and Thar-vw1 I had some issues with the first iteration of programming but eventually hard reset the Evo module, reflashed it, re programmed with R-link. Installed back in the car and the remote start worked! Buttoned it all up, got the car in ready mode just to test it and it just cranks, but won’t start.

my connections and programming were all fine if it started the first time so what would cause this?

2011 Sienna crank, no start when COLD

Hi support team,

My 2011 Sienna G-key start all OK in summer, but it doesn't work when WINTER is coming. S/N 002B04 241048 connected by THAR-ONE-TOY9 (just plug and play). I did connect 2 wires for sliding doors by soldering and crimper (no T-taps).

Already upgrade to latest firmware. Tried TACHNESS ONLY but no hope, still CRANK but NO START. I'm connect with RFK442 remote.

It happened to me last year, same issue. Work fine in the summer but when it's cold out there, the vehicle just CRANK NO START. When I get into the vehicle and remote start it, leave the key next to the key cylinder, it start right up every single time.

Moreover, I've re-checked the wiring connection. There are "CUT" at the SILL data (D4&D6) and the AUTOLIGHT (D1&D3). Do I need to do anything about these "CUTs" when I'm using THARTOY9?

Thank in advance for your support.

No crank on 06 Ford Focus (Evo One and RM442 Remotes)

Using the 1 key with Decryptor method, I programmed my evo one and paired the key fobs to the antenna, but when I try to remote start, it doesn't crank. It's sending power to the ignition and the anti-theft is not blinking so I think the bypass is working, just not sure why it doesn't crank.

I should also add that the fob doesn't work to lock/unlock the doors, nor does it open the trunk. The antenna and module are clearly receiving commands but aren't able to do anything with them. I'm confused how this is supposed to work anyway, as the installation guide doesn't have me splicing lock signal wires to the module. Is it supposed to send the lock/unlock signal through the RX wire at the ignition cyclinder?

I have a basic level of experience with electronics but I'm stumped here. Thanks in advance for your help.

2001 Toyota Avalon Cranks but no start EVO ONE with T harness and RM442 remote

2001 Toyota Avalon. Installed per instructions with T harness, flashed using wizard, all showed good. Key sense connected to Red/yellow per wirecolor.com (not red/white as shown in install diagram as there is no red/white). Also verified this red/yellow key sense pulls to ground when key is inserted. Key bypass seemed to program correctly, red LED flashed rapidly after inserting key. Made connections to door locks, trunk, and parking lights, all which work fine. I press the remote start and the car will crank but does not start. Seems like it is not properly bypassing the key.

2011 Toyota Camry remote starter engine cranks but won't start.

Hi guys, my again over here, almost winter and ppl locking for install remote starter in they cars. I am trying to install an EVO ONE with a k411 RF module in a 2011 Toyota Camry but it does not send the start pulse. This has happened to me on two 2011 Toyota Camrys, exactly the same problem. It is not a type G key, it is a standard key. I am using the same guide: https://fortin.ca/download/81181/EVO-ONE_IG_REG_BI_TOY-CAMRY_KEY_2007-2011_A_81181.pdf I used the same installation wiring and the same programming on both cars, but the result was the same, the car does not receive the start pulse.

I have already seen that someone on the forum had a similar problem and they did not give a concrete solution: https://fortin.ca/qa2/121279/2009-toyota-camry-remote-starter-engine-cranks-but-wont -start

Here I share the video with the problem and the data of the car and the EVO ONE module to see if you can help me: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RQyDUUYFEomx9kqWpx2LhHOuaz0FOUmN/view?usp=sharing

Module: EVO ONE S/N: 002B04339802

Car VIN: 4T1BF3EK6BU678116

Thank you very much for advance.

I can get through steps 1-12 (though the security light never displays on the dash), and when the ignition is supposed to turn the car on, the dash lights turn on, I hear a crank, but the car never starts. However, I do get the red and yellow lights flashing, so I tried connecting to the PC to use dcryptor, thinking maybe it will turn on after, but still no luck. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I'm using THAR-MAZ1 with the Evo-All and following guide 62681. Everything is plugged in, and the only wiring done is the Lt blue to Lt blue on the 32 pin connector, and the Lt Blue/Black to the red on the 32 pin connector. Am I missing a connection, perhaps an ignition wire?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

cranks will not start - programming ok

I have a FIAT 500L installed Evo-All and all connections installed as per installation guide, using wire to wire method as remote starter was not listed in options. Performed programming and all lights illuminated and extinguished as described in programming procedure. connected to flash link and decryptor transfer of information was successful. installed bypass to vehicle and all functions are working, however when attempting to remote start vehicle will just crank(as if secret key information is not present) confirmed this was the case if i place the key into the ignition and remote start the vehicle all functions are operating correctly.

Notes: when performing lock/unlock and trunk functions the blue light will flash and function will perform. When i attempt remote start function ONLY the yellow light will illuminate on the Evo.

Any and all information greatly appreciated!

I own a 2021 Mazda MX5 Miata RF GT in a manual transmission. I'm using the EVO-ONE with the THAR-ONE-MAZ3 T-Harness. I've made sure to splice the white cable (Manual only) with the corresponding white pin A5 on the 20 pin connector for the clutch bypass .I've actually gone through a couple configurations and at this point, I chose to use suggested settings as well as the settings the manual insisted. I've also enabled 3x OEM lock since I want to use my own remote. So far, once I initiate the ready mode sequence, I triple click the lock button and the car cranks for a bit but doesnt start. I've been through the settings a couple of times over to check everything and its not clear to me what might be causing it. Please let me know if there is any additional wiring needing to be done or a certain setting that's causing it not to work. I'm so close to a successful start, yet so far.

Hello so I have a fortin remote start on my kia optima sx 2015 that already came installed with the car when I bought it. Now last week I changed my car battery and after doing so I started getting an issue with my remote start when I start it, the car will start cranking but not start.
16 Tundra, Evo Key, no start

Used connection 5, programing 3 in manual. Wires were easy to find, did not use key sense. Believe truck does have a factory alarm (If that matters), it does have a factory keyfob. Programming does what it says it will do. Remote start is a Viper. Everything remote starts fine if I leave the key in the ignition. If I don't, security light blinks and remote start doesnt work. I have the flash link and everything was already updated, and it didn't give me any options to change or adjust anything. Just update.

GWR is connected to the Viper. Only the red light comes on the EVO Key if I remote start it. Is this normal? I'm sure im forgetting something.

2019 & 2017 Toyota Tundra crank no start, starts sometimes

I had 2 installation today on 2019 & 2017 Toyota Tundra, both had same issue. Both trucks would crank only with no start. But sometimes it would start during the first remote start attempt and sometimes it would start on the 2ed attempt after the first attempt timed out. I used a crimestopper RS4-G5 with an Evo-All. I have installed many units over the years and I dont think it is a coincidence that I had the same issue with both trucks. Is there anything I could have done wrong for this to happen. I even changed the communication protocals on to see if that would help and it did not.

Tundra G key 2010 Final program fail

2010 Tundrea with G key. Harness bought so no cutting/soldering of wires. I get to the final stage (this has been going on for weeks) and I connect the unit with the big white cable whilst holding the program button in. The lights flash as they should red/yellow/blue.I stop on red and blue. I then connect the 3 remaining cables larger white, smaller white and red. Press the program button twice and the red blue light flashes and never completes.IF I enter the key and turn the igntion on before pressing the progrsam button twice it DOES complete but then the truck cranks but does not start as it is still immobilsed. So have run out of ideas on this.

Secondly I bought a flash link and had it sent to Asia where I live and this is now showing "limit reached"??This is service l number 002504 07557 for Evo One module serial number 002B04 015151.

So can you help with the program problem and also reset my Flash Link. I am 12 hours ahead of Canada so "calling" cusstomer care from the other side of the world does not work.
EVO ALL will not supply key information to Ford PATS system durinng start command?

Installing EVO-ALL bypass with RS7-G4 Cool Start on older Ford Explorer without CAN data. Remote start will work with key in ignition and EVO-All disconnected. When EVO-ALL is added, the EVO-ALL indicates it accepts the 1 key programming. When a remote start command is given the red LED lights on the EVO-ALL and stays on during start sequence. The engine cranks but does not start. During cranking the dash THEFT indicator light blinks rapidly as if the PATS system is not receving any indication of security code. Have tried multiple series of programming for keys and wire connections with no success. Have tried chaging data link configuration in the RS7 with no change in performance. It does not appear wiring remote start directly to EVO-All instead of using datalink wire will resolve EVO-ALL either not sending code to pats or sending incorrect code to PATS.

Added wiring to door status circuit along with 6 pin connector D for battery power, start circuit and ignition circuit. EVO ALL still does not supply code correctly to PATS system. Have tried programming as a one key and two key install. EVO ALL indicates it accepts programming for both configurations. During remote start command EVO only lights the red LED and no otther LEDs come on. Is this the correct lighting pattern for the EVO or should it also light the yellow LED?

No taps were used. Light blue/black wire (a10) is connected to immo data wire. Door locks and everything else works. Whenever car is remote start the red led on the module comes on like it's supposed to but the car will not always start only crank.
Sonatas 2014 cranks but wont start without the key in

Hyundai Sonata 2014, Key, regular installation, Canadian market with immobilizer, using with OEM remotes.

Installed EVO-One with firmware bypass 76.52 and remote start 1.24.

First off, in the installation manual #21721 you are missing the wire connection for yellow ignition+ wire (yellow A1 wire is marked but no connection is drawn). Please confirm it should be connected, as I actually connected it.

Basically, after installation the starter cranks but won’t start, unless keys are in.

Did couple of programming for bypass, every time on STEP4 where the manual says the blue light should blink 10 times it actually blinks 20 times (maybe that’ll help). Other than that, it seems to program OK. Another thing I noticed, when I run the car with keys there is a yellow light on the EVO One.

Any ideas what should I check?

I followed the Guide # 82931 and flashed the unit before installing. Im using d2d connections and connected only A1, A10 D4 and D6 wires. I followed the programming procedures till step 5 the red light will flash rapidly then leds turns off before i do step 6 the red led is off already before i turn the key to off position.

2008 Civic will crank, but wont start

My 2008 Honda Civic will just crank, but wont start. The key chip warning light comes on during cranking. i tried doing it with the key in the ignition and still wont start. The car will start and run fine when started with just the key. It seems to have something to do with the chipped key. Any help with this?

2013 Honda Accord PTS - Cranks, but won't start.

SInce my last question wasn't answered by anybody, I'm hoping this one will get answered.

2013 Honda Accord PTS. I finally got around all my hiccups and managed to get the remote start to activate and crank, but it will not fire up the engine.

If the DCryptor process was ran once already, do I need to run it again?

And what settings are necessary to get it going, if I'm missing any?

Doesn't crank on first or second try, but then does next attempt

Installed EVO ALL on my 2006 Chrysler 300. It will crank on the first attempt, start and then stop; then does the same on the second start. After this cycle when reengaged it will start on the first attempt. Why does it not start the vehicle on either of the two first attempts of the first try, but then does start on the next attempt?

2018 Civic PTS, EVO ONE with T harness Crank but no start on 1st attempt, Lights flash 4 times

I programmed the module and hooked it up, Car remoted started fine. The 2nd time I tried to remote start after setting ready mode the car cranked but did not start (lights flash 4 times). After 10 seconds it attempted again and started. This has been going on for a week. sometimes it starts, sometimes on the 2nd attempt, sometimes not at all . Once, I couldnt shut the car off and had to disconnect the module in my work parking lot . I have reset and reprogrammed the module, Verified all T harness conections are tight and no bent pins and it does the same thing. I have emailed Tech support with no answer .

Car doesn't start after wiring evo-one

After wiring the evo-one, the guide states to make sure the vehicle starts before proceeding with programming (dcryptor). When I press the PTS button, it cranks once but doesn't start. If I press once again, I hear a click (sounds like a relay), but it doesn't even crank. I pressed again several times (15+), but there's nothing but a click (relay). I tried to disconnect the evo-one and the car crank but doesn't start neither... I triple check the wiring and everything seems fine. Any idea please?

2014 RAV4 Cranks, but won’t start.

2014 RAV4. Using t harness, triple checked all connections. Programs successfully with a fast blue led blink, when switch to the run position. Updated to latest firmaware 79.49 with flash tool. Black key with H stamp. About 1 out 4 attempts, it will start perfectly in the 2nd try. If I insert the key, it works every time.

2004 TSX Crank but won't start

Hi All, I'm a bit stumpt on this one, I have a 2004 Honda Accord euro (Australian version of the Acura TSX) i'm using an EVO-ALL with Compustar FT7000, the EVO-ALL has programmed correctly but the car will only crank on remote start and not start, put the key in the ignition and the car starts fine I have reversed the white red and white green which did not fix the issue and I have tried earlier firmware which also didn't fix the problem, when the remote start engages the yellow and red lights light up on the evo-all. If you start with just the key only the yellow light is lit. anyone have any insight it would be greatly appreciated alos the car will start with the key even if the security light connection is cut which leads me to think it is to do with the data wire which is connected to the light blue wire of the evo-all (i have checked twice to make sure it is not connected to the light blue/black wire.

Regards
