Evo-All module programming not work at step 4.

Hello All,

I bought the evo-all and it comes with T-harness and RS module. After the plugged in the T-harness to the Smart Control Module for programming Evo-all mudule, I could not do step 4.

After press program button 3x time, the LED still at solid Blue and Red.(no flashing)

Please help.
