The Audi Q5 and the Porsche Macan share the same platform and both are produced under the Volkswagen Group. They not only share same engine on the base model ... they share similar electronics. The Fortin remote starter is available for the Q5, but not for the Macan. Any chance you will develop one for the Macan series?

when I go onto the app and try and activate and bind the devide ino matter what I do it will always say incorrect credentials. is the evo start already locked or what causes that.

Additonaly what is required to bind the deivce to the app, do the entire evo one module and evo start need to be fully connected to the car in order for it to bind?

i just got an evo start lte and there's a yellow wire that says "ignition must be connected" but there's ignition 1 and ignition 2 on my harness and every thing seems to be working as its supposed its starts stops and opens/locks door. does yellow wire realy need to be connected??? there's absolutely no installation manual just some quick start thing.

car is a 23 tundra.

also millage and fuel levels are stuck at 0 will that update on its own or does this depend on the car??

also when i start car with ignintion switch parking lights work. when i do through the remote start i get no parking lights. i reflashed multiple times

The Evo all has been installed for almost a year and works fine, even after the failed Evo start lte. I plugged the blue connectors from the rfa2a and the start wire harness. Unplugged the 4 wire data plug from the Evo all, taped off it off for protection, and plugged the 4 wire data plug from the rfa2a harness. The black and red wires are not connected and taped off. When I go to program the start, by disconnecting the data port and holding the program button nothing happens. I used the harness for my car also when installing the Evo all. I also flashed the Evo all . Did I miss a step or something?

I installed an Evo One with a Mazda C5 harness. In addition i installed the Evo Start LTE module.
The remote start using the remote control works perfectly, but no controls work when i try to send them from the app.
I am able to see the car location, so the GPS reports correctly and the state of the car changes correctly in the app when i use my remote control (i.e. opening and closing the door). But if i try to open/close the doors using the app, or try to start the car, the app states that the command executed successfully, but nothing happens on the car end.
In addition, the fuel state is shown at 0%, while battery charge does show.

Any help resolving this issue is appreciated, TIA.

When I received a message from technical support regarding the fact that it is a remote operating device that I cannot update, they informed me that it would take 24 to 48 hours to be ready. I have a question: Does the device that works in the application, which is EVO-ALL-LTE, work?

I finally got my Evo one and Evo start setup but had a couple of questions. Above the lock/unlock and start buttons are a row of icons that I don't know exactly what they do. Also my fuel shows 0% and my milage shows 0.7m. Any ideas?

Hello Everone

In the info of the EVO Start LTE it mentions you can have multi users and only one owner. On the owner phone we found under settings/shared User Management you have Vehicle name, Authorized name, Authorized Users Email, the start date, the end date and a button that says Permit.

We have tried it numerous times and nothing are you supposed to receive an email or do you sign in with your newly created account with the same info setup in Shared User Management on the second phone with the same app and do what?

Can someone please share with me what are the 2022 or newers RAM 1500 Evo Start LTE functions are operational? For me I cannot get the Gas guage, roll windows, open trunk or use panic options and I wonder if that is a firmaware update or some other programming issues!

My EVO Start LTE can only see the status of the car but cannot control it. The remote control works for the EVO ONE with 3x lock, but using the app for EVO start cannot remote control my car.

One thing I notice is when flashing the firmware, there is no option to select EVO start LTE but only EVO start 2. Could this be the problem?

Je trouve pas de guide pour l'installer, on m'a dit qu'il se programme automatiquement en le branchant. Est-ce qu'il y a des settings a choisir dans le Evo-All ou Evo-one pour que ça fonctionne? Si je link le Evo-Start a mon cellulaire, est-ce que je peux l'effacer après pour mettre le cellulaire du client? Et j'ai lu que l'abonnement est gratuit pour 3 ans, comment ça fonctionne après 3 ans? Merci

I was looking to install Evo one starter with alarm with Evo start on my 98 4runner I know my vehicle is not listed but with analog installation of Evo one this should work no problem I just wanted to know if the Evo start is able to work with a analog system and if I can still add an aftermarket RF kit like the compustar G15 RF kit?

Le véhicule démarre parfaitement avec lock-unlock-lock, et via app a chaque fois. Ca fonctionne tres bien quelque heures. Ensuite, il n'y a plus de come back du démarreur a l'antenne, donc aucune confirmation. Je reprogramme l'antenne au démarreur, bingo, ca fonctionne. le lendemain, start mais sans confirmation de l'app. Pareil pour lock ou unlock, ou start, ca fonctionne, sans confirmation.

Evo-one et evo-start ont été remplacé, ainsi que le fil de l'antenne.

J'ai un peu l'air d'un clown :) C'est la premiere fois que je vois ca!

hello i bought one of evo start2 and installed in my car. worked out as expected. but my concern is the aux 1 and aux 2 setting. since i am in a cold country (canada) i wanted to make use of the defroster option in the aux setting and it didn't mention in the installation guide for the wires for aux 1/aux 2. which wires are for the aux 1 or aux 2?

Hi i purchased a 2006 F250 with a viper 5706 installed i would like to purchase the the evo start 2 because of the no monthly fees, and i would like to know if the following combination would work.

Evostart 2 -> Evo all -> viper 5706.

So basically i would like to be able to lock/unlock start/stop arm/disarm and monitor my viper alarm via the evo all / evo start 2 . is this possible ?

I just had the EvoStart 2 Module installed on my 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT and the App installed on my Iphone 7... 3 weeks ago.

Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't. When it does start, I don't get any notification that the car has started with the RPM symbol. Anyone know why?

Hey there, I installed the Evo start 2 with my evo all several weeks ago (in a 2009 Ford Escape) and it has been working as expected. The only issue is after I first installed it, it seemed to consistently send me back a confirmation “engine on” in the iOS app above the start button. Now when I remote start it, it rarely sends me back that confirmation (seems to only do it if I’m really close to the vehicle) and I have to walk across campus to my car and just hope that it started (usually it does but sometimes it doesn’t) Any idea what would cause this? There’s also an area on campus if I park my car where it refuses to remote start via the app. It’s right below a residence building with a ton of cellphone towers on it. I’m wondering if that could be the issue in that specific spot? (Seems to work fine verywhere else though, except for that confirmation engine on issue) Thanks

I have some issues/questions about using the Evo-Start with the Evo-One on a Civic 2017 Si (PTS, manual):

1- When using the Evo-Start, the car starts as expected (the engine starts and the radio is off). Then if I remote stop then remote start again, the vehicle starts, but the radio is not turned on. Then if I open the door to get in the vehicle, the engine stops as expected, but it looks like if the key stayed on the "ON" position (the instrument cluster, the radio and the fan are all turned on). I suppose the behavior should be the same everytime it is remote started, regardless of whether it has been remotely stopped or not?

2- Once the vehicle is remotely started, if the evo-start does not turn the heated seats on, I can turn them on via the Evo-Start (AUX1 set to Heated Seat), but if I set AUX1 to Defrost instead, the rear defrost does not seem to turn on. Can I set up the Evo-One to activate the rear defrost on demand?

3- When I remote start the car, the air setting seems to stay on the last position it was when I left the car, e.g. if I set it to automatic when I was in the car, the Evo-One does not set it on the windshield when remote start). Is there a way to make the Evo-One to set the fan to max speed, on the windshield and to max temperature on winter? I would like to make sure the windhield is defrosted when I need it (when I remote start the vehicle in winter).

Hi there, I have an 09’ Ford Escape that I have already successfully installed the Evo-all into and it now works with my oem ford key fob. I bought the Evo Start 2 and am looking to set it up in the car as well but when reading the guide it mentions an RFA2A cable that I was never informed of. Do I absolutely need this for the Evo Start 2 to function with the Evo-all? Thanks

Bonjour je viens d'installé le module Evo-start avec mon kit Int-Bmw2,Evo-One,Rf-Int, lorsque je programme Evo-Start, le flash bleu rapide n'apparais pas, j'ai vérifier mon fillage brake(Fils noir) il est O.K. je recoit 12 volts quand je presse dessus, vérifier le signal + ignition et il est O.K. il est 12 volts quand je programme ignition ON.j'ai essaiyé en enlevant le kit rf-int et cela fait la même chose... puis quand j'utilise mon Iphone par l'application de l'ouverture des portes il fait comme fonctionné mais sur la petite antenne Evo-Start alume verte puis un long pulse orange et selon moi cela veut tous simplement dire que l'Evo-Start ne communique pas avec l'Evo-one et qu'il n'obéit pas à ma commande du Iphone, S.V.P. pouvez-vous m'aidé à résoudre le problème. mon firmware du Evo-One est 1.21. normalement tous est parfait vérifier mes options sur votre site il sont aussi à jour! je doute de l'option #38 qui est à 38.1

When I remote start my push to start 12 Passat TDI using the remote 3x lock or the Evo-start it still shuts off when I open open the door. It does not stop right away like the factory autostart but within 3 seconds of opening the door. I have option D3 turned off. This is a minor annoyance but would like it to remain running. I am using Evo-atart with TB-VW and Thar-VW!.

Immobilizer and evo-start not programming

When I first programed the immobilizer thru DCryptor it all went fine and was working. I tried to program my evo-start, after step G (press and release brake pedal) the antenna LED never flash blue. Tried like 20 times without any luck, when I send a request with my phone the antenna blink green fast than amber for 2 seconds or if I press and hold the button on the antenna the LED turn on green than flash 7x amber. Both code have in common that it may not using the good protocol.

Now it will crank but no start, I tried redo the DCryptor process, did it 10x every step looks good but I always get a message saying the immobilizer data is incomplete.

Now my question is how do I get the immobilizer to work again and the Evo-start. I don`t know if the module is bad or what but I`m having hard time to program it since the beginning, sometime it work next time it won`t. It my first Fortin, I did few Autostart before.

It on a 2016 Honda CRV PTS and it has the T-harness. Thank you

I would like to inquire if the EVO-START cellular control is compatiable with USA federal requirements. I'm purchusing a EVO-NIST1 and would love the ability to use my smart phone as a starting device. However, I cannot locate any product information concerning if this device is universal or only for Canada.

If its unavailable to the US could you please provide me a list of compatiable cellular products for the EVO-NIST1?
