installed on a 2017 santa fe works once and no longer works

I installed on a santa fe 2017, I did all the programming correctly, but when I go to the forehead it only turns on once after powering the module, after turning off and trying to turn on it doesn't work anymore, so if I turn the module off and on again it works for the first time and then it doesn't work anymore, does anyone have any idea what might be going on?

Hi there, purchased used Santa Fe. Vehicle is equipped with E300 & EVO-ALL. Purchase of the vehicle did not come with Transmitter remotes. There is a FM antenna on the windshield. Safe to say there was a seperate remote other then OEM.

What replacement remote can I use? Or can I program current setup to OEM key? If not, can I replace it with new RF kit?

If I buy EVO-ONE for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 Standard-key, will I get everything that is needed to have fully functional remote start system in my car?

What about those listed optional and required accessories, and optional and required technologies, are they included in the package as well? Will I be able to flash new firmware at the time of installation without purchasing additional modules and/or software from you?

HVAC doesn't turn on when 2017 Santa fe is remote started

I did an install a year ago on a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Push-To-Start last year. When the vehicle is remote started the digital climate control/ HVAC system does not turn on unless the you press the "Push-To-Start" button once. How do I fix this? I used an EVO-One with install guide 60181. The vehicle remote starts perfectly but climate control does not turn on. Please help. I did the install in November 2016, is there an update I can flash that will control it through the CAN?

I removed the harness and located pin #36, but the EMS/COM immobilizer blue wire isn't present. Is this accurate and why? Thanks
