Hello Everone

I have a 2002 Chrysler 300m what would be the recommend remote stater With an INT-Sl+? the quick vehicle finder recommends An All or INT-SL+ for an interface, can I us an Evo One RF Kit?

OR do I use a Analog Remote Stater system from other providers.

I purchased a INT-SL+ to install with my Evo-One on my 2003 Chrysler 300m since it needs a compatible bypass. I connected everything and the remote start works but it shuts down almost instantly after starting due to not detecting the transponder. When I program the INT-SL+, it flashed 2 times then turn off (I tried letting it sit for 60 seconds like it says in the guide). It seems like it doesn't bypass the transponder since I can start the car remotely if my key is in the cylinder, even in the off position, as long as the key is there. The bypass unit has power, led turns on when programming and seems to program, but it doesn't work.

No heated seats / rear defroster at or below 32 degrees

Have a 06 Trailblazer, with the INTSL- + installed. I have yet to see the heated seats or rear defroster turn on when the temperature is at 32 or below. Was I missing something when I hooked it up. I didn't use datalink when hook up to the alarm.

Have a 3 part setup:

EVO-ALL, INT-SL+ and Viper/Clifford Responder One with D2D port.

Have it wired per directions, but the car doesn't respond at all.

When I navigate to fortinbypass.com/datalink, it just redirects to the Fortin products page. How can I find out if my remote starter is compatible with the Evo All?

Can I also confirm that the remote starter ignition connection doesn't supply power to the ignition? That's certainly what the diode position tells me. Given that, it must be one of the 3 connections at the push button ignition that turns the ignition on?

When I hit the Remote Start fob, I can hear the relays clicking on the remote start, so that's functional. The PBStart button lights up green like it's ready to start, and the vehicle brake lights come on. The Red light on the EVO ALL turns on. Just not getting the car to do anything else.

Any help is very very appreciated!

cannot get int-sl+ to work via data link

Using pro start ps04-g5 remote start system with fortin int-sl+ bypass on a 2006 silverado. Data link does not seem to function. Bypass module is connected to the OBD2 wire (purple), and the power. If i press any buttons on the remote all it does is make my remote starter module "click" like a relay activating. But nothing will happen. Truck will not start, lock, or unlock.

What is data link?

2006 silverado 1500, using crimstopper ps04-g5 remote start. I do not understand the connection. I got all the ignition wires done, it was connected to the OBD2, grounded. I had power to both the remote start and the bypass module however it still did not work, instead it blew my ignition!

using INT-SL+ bypass. the intructions I recieved from the amazon seller said

Remote start power harness: Pre-wired to plug directly into the ignition wires in

your car using the quick connects supplied with the kit.

Remote start 12-pin harness: You will only use the ground (black) wire and the

grey wire. The rest are not used.

Remote start 3-wire door lock harness: Not used

INTSL 4-pin harness: This will plug in to the remote start

INTSL 14-pin harness: You will only use the pink and purple wires.

Was i suppose to use more?

Installed INT-SL+, flashed to 3.06, would not program. Flashed to several other versions, still wouldn't program. Removed and installed EVO-ALL, firmware 4.06.

first issue: service theft system indicator lights up on the dash when using the remote start. It starts and runs normally when remote started, just the message is displayed in the vehicle information center.

second issue, RAP does not shut down after aborted remote start. Guide indicates that this function is compatible with given hardware/firmware.

2007 does not control factory alarm and accessing to power master switch at the door is not fun at all.

According to wiring diagram, it requires smartkey and ignition to disarm without unlock the door before start.

Does this mean, keyoverride-all will disarm factory alarm?

Also, I understand that programming remote starter to diesel timer and set at least 5 seconds or more but what about clutch?

I can use relay and jump 2 blue(input) and red(output) together. But should I use 2nd start output? or use 2nd status output and let clutch pedal jumped while running(remote started)?

2005 H2, shows INT-SL+ and EVO-ALL work same but which one would you recommend?

I have both available for install.

If I remember correct, I used Int-sl+ on 2001 Pontiac Sunfire before, door lock and trunk release wasn't working. It only bypassed passlock.

Should I do the Evo-all for H2 install? I am asking because both this H2 and 2001 sunfire are using same wiring and programming. I would like to hear if any of Fortin techs installed remote starter on 2005 H2 and proved both interface modules worked.

Hello, installed a remote starter in a 2005 buick allure. prostart ct-3471 tw and fortin Int-sl+. Used wire color and autostart wiring color guides. Used fortin int-sl+ schematic 1. Had unit start once with remote starter. Tried again, have not been able to start since with remote starter, still starts with key. when using remote, dash lights quickly light up, and then go out, does not crank. tried reprogramming int-sl+, loaded newest software v3.06. I am out of ideas. This vehicle was previously equipped with factory remote starter, noticed yellow ignition wire in ignition harness is +12v pulse, will not stay pos for duration of cranking. Please, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, MIke Unger.

Wiper system activates by itself while remote starting using INT-SL+ or EVO-ALL bypass module.

Problem:

Wiper system activates by itself while remote starting.

Caused by a Parking Light code to the car, while using data-link connection.

Solution:

First, do not connect the data-link, hard wire everything between the bypass module and the remote starter.
Second, do not connect Parking lights.

I have a 1999 jeep grand cheroee with no stock alarm also Have a cool start RS00-G4 and fortin INT-SL+. I have flashed the INT_SL+ to the latest firmware and programed step 17 of the cool start to start by 3 presses of the OEM lock button. Nothing happens. I think everything is wired right and the programing went ok as far as I know. It will start if I touch the green start wire of the cool start to ground when programed that way but not by the data bus what could be wrong?

I recently installed the INT-SL+ in my wj 2000 Grand Cherokee in conjunction with Crimestoppers Cool Start via data link.

Remote start works fine however doors won't lock or unlock. INT-SL+ has firmware 3.01

Any ideas on how to fix this ?

I installed a INT-SL+ into my trailblazer along with a Ultrastart 1280pro remote start unit connected via data wire. All works fine except that the INT-SL+ will not turn on my rear defrost automatically when remote started. The vehicle fitment chart says it will turn on rear defrost when the engine temp is 0C or below... it's been -10F most of the week but my rear defrost has never automatically turned on? did I miss something?

Hello, I purchased an INT-SL+ in to install on my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. It says that it monitors the door status however it does not detail if it is all of the doors, inlcluding tailgate of if it is only the front 2 doors. I have been told that most modules wil only monitor the front 2 doors. Can you please let me know if I will have to run wires to all the doors so that the alarm will go off if either of them are open.

Everything worked fine for a bit but then my instrument cluster quit and displayed a "no bus" message. Tried to reprogram Int-sl+ but it wom"t program. Led stays lit all of the time.

When remote started security light comes up when key is inserted and remains on till shut off and restarted with key.

INT-SLPL was installed with remote starter in 2000 Olds Silhouette. Everything works fine but when the car is remote started with remote the security light comes on when the key is inserted. The car still runs but the customer would rather have the light off when he drives. Thank you in advance. Michael Pepper
