/en/qa/tag/key-data Powered by Question2Answer /en/qa/76472/evo-all-loses-key-data-info-when-power-is-disconnected It is on a 2008 Ford Mustang.  Manufacture date is 06/2007.  Tried installing with 2008 diagram, but nothing works over CAN (even wire colors are different on OBD2 plug on pin 3 and 11), so I went with the 2007 diagram.  I have tried programming with 1 key, and 2 keys.  Either way if power is lost, the next time you engage the remote start, the immobilizer light flashes and vehicle doesn't start.  If you reprogram it again it works until power is disconnected again.  I have installed over 500 of these units the past 2 years and I have never ever seen anything like this.  Is it actually losing the key data, or is something else going on?
