When programming Evo One the blue light flashes rapidly but after removing the key from ignition the red and yellow light do not flash as manual says. Dcryptor gives invalid key error, using OEM standard key and have performed master reset several times.

after viewing the instructional youtube video from "MPC | How to use your Flashlink Lite C" and following the instructions correctly, I keep ending up with "EMPTY KEY DATA" with the following error message: "The module was not able the vehicles immobilizer data. Reconnect the module to the vehicle and follow the instructions from STEP 1 to sample the immobilizer data" however in the youtube video, the module is not connected to a vehicle only a PC. Please help.

I have a 2017 Spark key.

I connected the Wire to Wire as per the instructions.

When I press the key 3 times lock the switch will open but don't start and the light flashed 3 times red.

When running the engine and shutdown by using the key and pull out then i press the lock 3 times the vehicle runing! and i can put the key in and drive, but if I press the brake the engine stop and I cannot start again from the remote (If i try the switch will open but will not try to start) I must use the key again to start and stop the engine and pull out to I can start again by using the lock button with someone below firmware version!.

Sometimes the engine starts and stop immediately.

I tried firmware version 70.46 & 70.41 & 70.42 & 70.43 & 70.44

since the factory remote is prone to relay attacks and the fortin remotes are not can i set it up so that the factory key fob cant arm/disarm the fortin alarm?? i would like the only things that can dissarm the fortin alarm function is the fortin keyfob and the ascl7 module. id would be woried that if there is a relay attack the factory key fob would dissarm it.

My fight continues, I hope I win Initially I programmed the keys incorrectly and had to do everything again, I reset and flashed to version 71.47, I successfully programmed according to instructions 62681, I did everything step by step and everything went well, but when I press the car lock button three times to start the engine, the red then yellow indicator lights up, the unit clicks a couple of times and that's it, the engine does not start. EVO-ALL, Thar Maz1. It reacts to locking and unlocking and the blue indicator lights up. Please help me figure this out.

Hello, I installed a EVO-ONE stand alone on a 2023 VW Jetta GLI PTS manual transmission. I had to bring the key to my girlfriend this morning because she succeeded (unintentionally) to leave with the car that she had remote started with the OEM key (3x lock). In the past, she once forgot to bring the key, but when she pressed on the brake pedal to release the parking brake, the engine has stopped.

But this time the engine kept running, and she had no message stating that the key was not in the vehicle in the cluster.

-The module has been programmed with Flashlink manager and a Flashlink 2 on March 27th 2024 with the most recent firmware at this time.

-The battery of the sacrified key has been removed, and it has been tied far enough from the transponder antenna located on the steering column.

-The module was installed in accordance to the guide #99681.

Is there any chance that a firmware reflash could resolve this issue?

Good day all

I looked into vehicle finder for a guide for a 2006 infiniti g35 interlligent key. Fortin website gives me guide#78031 or this link https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/78031/EVO-ONE_IG_REG_BI_NIS-G35-PATHF-ALT-MAX_KEY_A_78031.pdf

when i look at the the connection. It only gives me a connection to a pathfinder and altima/maxima.

my question is. Do i follow the connections for the maxima/altima since they are the counterpart of G35?

Also notice the lock and unlock wires are both going to an empty pins? How do you tap that wire? Do i need to get pins for that plug?

btw, im gonna be using evo-one with rf642

2004 Ford explorer not seeing inputs from lock

I installed my EVO-One and was trying to program it to see the keys and this is when i first noticed that the evo was not seeing the inputs from the factory key lock and unlock, luckily i was able to get around it by starting the car with the key, and it accepted it, so further down the road i now have it fully programmed and installed, i turned on the feature that when you start the car and step on the brake it locks the doors, which it does, then when you shut the car down the doors unlock, which it also does, so the Evo is able to control the locks fully, but it is unable to see the command from the car, do i have to have a seperate remote because i really don't wish for that, am i missing something? like i said it sees the car start, it sees it shut down it controls the locks fully, but when i push the button the evo doesn't respond to the inputs at all. is it a setting that i messed with by accident?

After following procedure for bypass on Evo-all correctly decryptor says empty key data?

Audi 2013 S4 DSG - Fortin ALL getting stuck on step 7 with 3 x red flashing lights

Just installed a Fortin ALL with the Audi T Harness on a 2013 Audi S4 DSG. UK right hand drive car.

When I go to try and get the unit to read the key data I am just getting 3 red light flashes on step 7, everything is fine up until that point and the car operates as normal.

When I then put the flashlink back onto the PC software it says invalid key data. Any ideas? I have checked all wiring, also checked status of CANBUS with zero issues showing so I know that wiring is good.

2023 Subaru Forester Standard Key Base model have Evo-One installed using Sub1 and Sub3 T-Harness etc .... everything works as far as remote start 3x start doors lock unlock etc

Issue is key will NOT turn fully off to be removed Both remote started, insert key turn to run OR start car with key like normal can only turn key to accessory position {radio on}.....Need to pull battery terminal to allow key removal.......Remove all Fortin items and car back to normal.

hello i installed a evo all for3 for f150 2015. the firmware 4.01 i done the program and everything good but the car just start once when i start it again the car doesnt start just the car alarm start once.

i checked the hood every thing good the car came with hood pin.

Hello.

Try to use evo-key on toyota matrix 2006. I used the latest FORTIN manual "Guide # 84651". All wires connected, double checked, reconnected.

Several times after re-insert 4-pin connector Red and yellow led flashing and I stopped on step 4, red led not flashing 10 times after key inserted. But now after re-insert power - red led lit and no other reaction, yellow not flash.

Evo One not recognizing brake signal or key take over

I have an Evo One starts and stop from FTX64- 2W, tried it in two different vehicles same result. It's not recognizing key take over or 12v to black wire in 20pin connector to shut down. I read in a post, Derek mentioned wiring in a relay from the brakes that would send ground signal to the hood pin wire. Sounds like it will work. Will it have any adverse effect while driving, sending ground signal to the hood pin while driving if the key is not being recognized as being switched on?

The Evo Ride LED displays correctly up to asking for the second Key and on step 5 when the remote is activated the LED remains solid red and does not flash rapidly 10 times

I am installig a remote starter in a 2010 Mercury Milan. under regular installationit reads connection 1A,B and under key program 3 0r 2. Can someone explain in better terms what to do. Also it appears i only need the TX and RX hooked up. I thought i needed the can bus high and low hooked up. I have 2 sets of keys both start the car. need some guidance and what connection to use and what page number to follow for proper hookup.

The installation and programming of the EVO ONE on the 2010 Acura TL (Push to Start) went well. I am able to start the vehicle, and, as expected, the engine shuts off when the door is opened (which is a bummer).

My question concerns a message on the instrument panel. When I remote start the vehicle the "Check Keyless Starting System" (with an amber key with an exclamation point) is displayed. Is this normal?

My second question iis about adding an RF kit. Will the RFK942 RF kit work with the EVO ONE on this car?

key port works but only when t harness is unplugged

2012 a4 w/push to start will not start. fortin inicated the key port has to be functional in order for it to start. but the key port does not work unless the t harness is unplugged. I was unable to get any help from fortin when i called anyone else had this issue and how can i resolve. the install thus far has been easy , simply tapped the brake signal wire and can high and can low. when the evo is connected it does attempt to start the car meaning it flashes each of the three lights but never hear the starter engadge. updated firmware as requested previously by fortin. but when i called today fortin tech was no so eager to assist. said either the evo relays are bad or the t harness is bad. can i help with anything else. I indicated i would like assistance tryin to resolve. so im trying to work through the troubleshooting he offered but now will not answer the phone. any help would be greatly appreciated.

For a 2010 Mazda 6 Standard Key (instructions https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/80571/evo-one_ig_reg_bi_maz_6_2009-2013_key_a_80571.pdf), I can't get the Dcryptor process (specifically step 5) to work for the EVO-ONE. The unit was removed and reinstalled, and I reflashed and master reset the bypass (Flashlink recommended 7.44 and I followed the hold down prog button while connecting 6-pin, then hold down again until all LEDs cycle).

When I get to step 5, both the yellow and red LEDs are on and the red LED never turns off to proceed to step 6. If I turn off the ignition, both yellow and red remain on. I have tried the 2 key method and it will not work either. I have resoldered the TX and RX lines on the transponder connector as well. The unit otherwise attempts to remote start the car, but the security light flashes quickly on the dashboard and remote start is not successful, then the parking lights flash 4x after the failed start. Any other suggestions?

Evo-One not Programming step 4 on 2010 Tacoma

Hey all, I am trying to install a Evo-One with T-harness into my 2010 Tacoma with G-key no alarm. Ive verified all connections and am still have an issue getting the module to detect the key to program the key bypass.

I can get steps 1-4 to work, but as soon as I do step 5 (turning the key to the run position) the module LEDs go out, neither the red and blue lights flash 10x nor does the blue LED flash rapidly (step 6)

the unit has been updated wiht my flashlink to the latest version.

Im stuck, puzzled and now wondering if thers something wrong with the Evo box itself...

What is a "standard key?"

Toyota FJ Crusier 2007, EVO One: THe only trim option is "standard key." I assume that is regular old key. Is that the case. Just making sure as I do not hava a transponder connector but it is on my wiring diagram.

The module seems to work fine, I have completed every step in the installation guide. However, the start button does continuously blink amber/orange while the vehicle is running and does not stop until the engine is shut down. This only happens when started normally, not remotely. If I disconnect power to the EVO ONE, the car can be started just fine and there is no blinking light. I used the THAR MAZ 3 t-harness to install. I have been scouring the Mazda forums and have found no answer. Everyone says either replace the fob batteries (I replaced them) or visit the dealer. The mazda dealer wanted $150 to diagnose the problem, and then doesn't want to even look at it after learning the Fortin system was installed.

I've updated module Evo-One for my Audi A5 2011 Gas with key-port before the installation and now can not proceed Page 6/10 (dcryptor programming procedure). when i apply the step 4 in page 6/10 the Blue LED turns off which makes unable to continue the step 5.

2008 Hyundai Sonata Evo-One doesn't have PATS wire so I didn't use red connector and light blue wires from 20 pin connector. I finished all the wiring and checked it million times. When I press programming button and plug the 6 pin connector, let go on blue, connect 20 pin, antenna, valet, and can bus, put the key turn to on position LEDs go out.

I tried turning on option 20.2 but when I plug the 6 pin connector all lights flash then they go out and nothing. I'm I missing something?

EDIT: Turned out my antenna was faulty, everything works great now.

I just installed the eco one in a 2017 Chevy trac key to start. It all installed great programmed fine and dcoded fine. It flashes blue when I hit the lock button and after the third time the red light comes on for a second then goes out.

I installing an EVO-ONE standalone setting, i had update the firmware and select the options recommended, but when im trying to program the module it won't program.

So i hold the button, then i connect the 20 pin connector then the 5 pin and last the 6 pin connector, then the module start flashing slow blue,yellow,red,blue & red after it gets red and i release the button and the light stays on but when i insert the key, it won't flash the 10x.

Its a toyota camry 2009 standard key.

On the sl3 do I have to install a remote start to bypass the imobilizer....IE........does the car need remote start to start the car and self learn the imobilizer hence to get rid of the green light or do Ijust need the sl3 and that's all? Also it's not the factory key original key was stolen durribg k swap and lock smith said that it has to start first to take the key

not very much info 02 m/t rsx and the uplink ...i have all the alarm and oem fob door locks and hood sensor which guide shall i follow? do i need tyo return this product and get something else the guids are very confusing as well as the infor the evo one has trhe security alarm the stufff i need and the thuing has a wire loop that uim assuming if cut goes for automatic vrs mt?

aloso i dont have an original key i have a cut key with a signal but they couldfnt program it because it wouldnt start ?

On part 7 of the key bypass programming , the EVO ONE goes through the first light process correctly, the car ignition turns of and then on , then stays one and the lights on the EVO ONE go from cycling all 3 lights to just flashing red ~ instead of slowly yellow red !

Followed the regular installation instructions for the EVO one ! Checked over all the wires for solid connections ?

Anyone have any trouble with a EVO one stand alone on a A6 key bypass steps ?

F-150 2011 Key Programming No Blue Led Flash

Hi all. I have an EVO ALL with the Ford1 T-harness that I'm trying to install into my 2011 F-150 standard key for remote start. I have followed all the instructions and when I get to releasing on red + blue like the instructions state the programming does not go as described. The instructions say after putting key 1 back in I should get 10 blue flashes and 10 red flashes. In my case the truck locks and unlocks and then I get 10 red flashes only, blue stays on. After this, all LEDs turn off and pressing lock 3 times only makes the blue led flash and nothing else, no start. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
