Is the T-harness I received with EVO-VWT1 wired incorrectly?

I installed an EVO-ALL using the EVO-VWT1 kit on a 2015 VW Jetta Push-to-Start. The EVO-ALL does not power up when I plug in the black datalink connector from the T-Harness. It powers and programs just fine on the Flashlink programmer connector. I think the T-harness connector is bad but would appreciate some guidance on how to address this.

Cluster stopped working after install [EVO-ALL Standalone/Volkswagen Tiguan 2015]

I got everything installed and had it all working. Once I knew it was working, I disconnected the module so that I could clean up the wiring. When I got everything reconnected, I realized that the cluster had lost all power. Now I can't turn the car on using the key let along the FOB. I cannot figure out how this could happen so any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

No LED's when plugging in Data-Link wire

I'm using a Crimestopper RS7 with an EVO-ALL. Installation was working for a few weeks, then stopped. Now, when inserting the Data-Link connector while holding the button, no LED's light. When disconnected, the Crimestopper is putting out 12.0 Volts on the red wire, and 3.6 Volts on both the white and blue. After connecting to the EVO-ALL, the 12.0 Volts drops to 0.8.

So I hooked up this EVO-ALL in a different vehicle with the same setup (Crimestopper RS7), The same voltage drop occured, with no LED's. In this different vechicle, I then replaced its original EVO-ALl, and everything worked again. So I assumed I had a bad EVO-ALL.

Fast forward to today . . . I have a different EVO-ALL that I plugged in. But the same problem with no LED's. Any suggestions?

VW Tiguan with T Harness gets no power when data link plugged in

Installing EVO all on 2014 Tiguan per guide #65501. When I go to plug in data link connector I get no power in order to try and program module. There are only 2 wires to connect, besides the harness connector itself, for the brake and ignition so Im not sure how to get power for the module? Any ideas.
