I would like to remove an evo one from my 2016 Toyota Tundra (G-key) with t harness to put it in my 2018 tundra. My question is, can I remove it safely by just unplugging the unit. what is the safest easiest removal method to return the vehicle back to factory setup (it has a factory installed remote start).

2013 wrx removed evo one, climate control and clock are no longer work, related?

Hi,

I have a 2013 WRX US model. I removed my Evo one the other day since I am prepping to sell my car.

I disconnected the wires from d1 and d3 and connected them together to get my door loocks to work again.

Now my climate control or upper clock display do not work. I checked every single fuse on the car and nothing. Is this tied to something else during the install? I put the fortin back together and still no go.

Not sure if it is but was just wondering.

thank you
