/en/qa/tag/stratus Powered by Question2Answer /en/qa/73921/evo-all-with-rf-all-641w I'm installing an EVO ALL wIth the RF-ALL 641W. It's unusual for this make 2003 Dodge Stratus Sedan. But the car does not have a transponder system, it use standard keys. It has power locks and trunk, but no factory alarm installed. Also when trying to program the key fobs, on Step 4  when I program button, the  blue and red light go out  then the blue, amber and red lights come back solid and the antenna flashes blue while the key switch is in the off position.
