My car will only remote start while in accessory mode. Any ideas that would be causing this?

I had an Evo-ALL intalled on truck for remote start. Works like a charm. But now I want to enable the Alarm feature in it too. I purchased the Flash Link UPdater and enabled the alarm part...Evo Alarm System along with G1,G2 and G4 options.

My question is how do I know it works? I tried opening door after locking/arming truck and opening the door from inside but I don't think that'll work. Well it didn't work that way. How do I know the alarm feature is working? Is horn supposed to go off?

installed astro start withe evo all and thar chry6 firmware 74.12 remote works proper but when entering vehicle cannot take over without the vehicle stopped and the having to restart
