I was looking to install Evo one starter with alarm with Evo start on my 98 4runner I know my vehicle is not listed but with analog installation of Evo one this should work no problem I just wanted to know if the Evo start is able to work with a analog system and if I can still add an aftermarket RF kit like the compustar G15 RF kit?

2010 4 Runner evo-all wont program

I have connected an evo-all, firmware 79.43 with a crimestopper remote start on a 2010 toyota 4 runner with a g labeled key. Connecting at obd2 violet wire (can high) white wire (can low) and green wire (immo data). Once I get to step 5 of programming the evo-all only flashes red. Are there any other can high, low and data wires?

Dual EVO-ALL modules and external RS - 2015 Toyota 4Runner Ltd w/PTS

I'm looking to gather some information regarding for an installation into a 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited w/PTS.

Since the EVO-ALL, when used for remote start with take over can only be used with an external remote starter module, it seems all of it's CAN-BUS functions must be disabled, and it is restricted to bypassing the IMI/IMO authentication of the vehicle. As a result, none of the monitoring options such as in standalone mode, or external RS mode w/out takeover are available.

Can I wire a second EVO-ALL unit to my R/S (Viper 5706v) in external R/S mode w/out takeover to function as the interface between the CAN-BUS system and the R/S? This bypass would have the immobilizer functions disabled of course, since the first module would be handling that function.

Visually represented, it would be:

VIPER 5706V ----(directwired)----- EVO-ALL #1 in external R/S w/takeover for PTS

|

----------------------(d2d)----------------EVO-ALL #2 in external R/S WITHOUT takeover

The reasoning for this is to maintain the following:

1. Remote start with 1 mile range with full takeover capabilities

2. Interface with smartkey system to unlock doors, disarm, etc.

Thanks for any answers you can provide.

2014 Toyota 4Runner G Key using Toyota 1 T harness and Guide #18251

I'm performing the Key Bypass Programming Procedure and can get the Blue and Red light to come as instructed, but as soon I plug in the 20 pin connector the YELLOW light comes on and i can't get the bypass to program.

Thanks,
how to check can-bus 2014 4runner

I have installed the evo one, all the connections are good (wrapped not t-tap'd) and correct according to the installation guide. The firmware is set at 79.24 however the unit will not respond to the truck, from searching i see that a blue light will flash when there is can activity. If i hit lock/unlock there is no blue light. Its not a vehicle problem because this is replacing a flcan and audiovox remote start which was working when uninstalled.

It will program, flash's blue and red x10 and the blue fast flash with no issues.

I tried backing the firmware up to 79.18 and still it does the same thing, reset and reprogrammed it.

I get a yellow light with ignition but no other lights.

I do have a flash module, the oem control is enabled from the bypass side and 3x start is enabled from RS side.

This is a G-Key truck, NOT push to start.

Check Engine Light 2010 4runner

Hello, installed CT-3471TW Prostart remote starter with D2D EVO-ALL into 2010 Toyota 4Runner. Unit worked great, sent home with customer, Vehicle has check engine light that night, code P0705 "transmission range sensor A circuit". Used wiring guide provided from "wirecolor" and guide #8971 for Evo-all. If I clear fault, drive vehicle around- is fine. start with remote starter, key takeover, put in reverse, CEL and Traction control light illuminate on dash. Checked wiring connections at ignition switch, IGN 1- black pin6, Ign 2 purple pin 4, starter 1 red pin8, starter 2 black pin2. For the extra starter wire i used a standard relay, pin 85 ground, pin 86 to starter 1, pin 30 to +12v. pin 87 to starter 2. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike.

Stand Alone Evo All 4Runner 2013

I just made an install of a stand Alone Evo All on a 2013 4Runner Push to start

Programming went as told in instruction

Hardware 6 79.11 Monitor oem remote selected stand alone evo all selected.

Car flashes the 4 ways each time I press lock, red led come on on evo parking lights come on at some point after i clic 3 times then go out then come back on ( I suppose the off time is when car should be cranking )

then parking light goes out and red led goes out. I saw blue led react each time I press lock on oem smart key.

At my evo module, If i turn on car ignition i do have power to yellow wire and steering lock volt does go to ground.

BUT when i remote start 3 x lock I don t see my steering lock signal go down (dvom)

I don t see ignition power coming on (dvom)
