How to fix alarm coming on when remote starting car while vehicle is locked?

Hi all, I recently installed an EVO-ONE on my 2003 Lexus Is300. For some reason when my car is locked and I hit the remote starter the vehicle starts but the security alarm starts to sound. On the opposite end when the vehicle is unlocked, no alarm goes and it still starts. Not a huge burden but might be tricky if someone else at home wants to use it. My remote starter remote does not unlock and lock the vehicle as well. Any help is appreciated. Serial Number is 002BO4707522.

Hello,

You can either unlock the vehicle yourself using the oem remote before remote starting or you will need to connect the dis arm wire from the evo to the vehicle, the dis arm wire is located inside the drivers door.
