Can not get a Evo X One lock/unlock signal wires to operate DEI 451M relay..HELP!

Question

2024 Chevy 3500 Push Start Gas - Evo One with the harness.  I installed the Evo One for 2 reasons, remote start (that is working with no issue) and for the lock/unlock pulse wires.  I am trying to have the lock and unlock pulse wires operate a DEI 451M relay to be able to operate reverse polarity actuators that will be installed on the locking mechanism on the doors of the truck's service body.  While testing, if I ground out the lock and unlock wires of the 451M, it will operate the actuators as desired so I know the 451M is working properly.  When the lock and unlock wires are tied together between the 2 devices, nothing. TIA

What remote are you using to do lock/unlock?

The installation instructions say purple for lock and purple/white for unlock, so I tried those.

I am using the OEM remote.

Try turning on option B5, mode 5 - echo oem key fob and proxy at ignition only, save the option then re test.

This got it working while truck is running.  THANKS!  

But..I need this to work whether the truck is running or not.  Basically anytime lock or unlock is hit on the key fobs.

I gotcha, unfortunatly there is no option for such a feature where the analog outputs will pulse using the OEM remote ign off.

If you needed them to output vehicle off you would need to add an rf kit to the evo.

Ok, is there a Fortin product you can point me to that would be compatible with the Evo X One?

If you're just looking for simple 1 way (1 way sends the signal but does not provide any audible or visual confirmation on the remote) 4 button remote the following would work:

- ftx841w

- ftx941w

- ftx641w

- rfk441w

If you wanted a 4 button 2 way remote (2 way confirms the command through a tone and led inidcator) the following would work:

- rfk442w

- rfk942w

- ftx642w

I just ordered the rfk942 kit.  I've read though the install guide and watched a few videos but I'm not sure I see how this will help with my issue.  Will there be new options pop up in the flash link manager with the antenna plugged into the exo x one?  Or how will I be able to get the purple & purple/white to operate as desired with the 942 antenna plugged in?  Or did you have another way in mind once the 942 is installed?

You will be able to control the analog door lock outputs (purple & purple/white) ign on or off using the 942 remotes.

You wont be able to control the outputs ign off using the oem remote, only when ign is on.
