Dcryptor option greyed out.

Hello, I have a EVO-ONE-441 and a THAR-MAZ3 t-harness for my Mazda CX5 2021 Signature. When I get to the part where I press the push to start twice without the brake pressed and try to get the ignition sequence it flashes the correct colors. However when I reconnect the module back to the updater the dcrypt option is still greyed out.

Hello, 

 

In this case you will need to run dcryptor in "pro mode". To do this when you have the evo plugged into the flash link and the program open click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, then click on "go to pro mode". Once you are in pro mode you will see the dcryptor tab on the left hand side, click it, then click send data. Once it is finished it will let you know. 

 

From there return it to the vehicle and pair the 441 remotes and test the system.

Would I do the steps before in wizard mode then switch to pro mode for the dcryptor part?

Once you are ready to run dcryptor, follow the steps outlined above. Dcryptor is done after the in vehicle bypass programming.
