Unable to complete Step 5 Blue light doesnt flash at all

Question

2016 Chrysler 200 push start, the guide suggest 68.02, tried to reflash to it but it keep coming back to 68.10, now I am unable to flash it, I have check all connections and followed guide, blue light goes off at step 5 and then never comes back, please assist. SN 001A07066310

I have reset the flash limit for you.

Fw 68.10 should be just fine for this vehicle.

Which t-harness are you using? or did you hardwire it to the vehicle?

When you turn ignition on, you then tap the programming button 1x and the blue led goes out.

If it does not flash rapidly after about 30 seconds then this would indicate a connection issue related to the can hi and can low wires at the OBDII connector.

You mean the Grey/Orange wires going into the Y splitter of OBD port ? may have lose connection ?

Yes, they grey and orange can wires going to the OBDII connector, loose conection or maybe a wire backwards, something along those lines.
