Trying to install this unit on a 2007 GMC Sierra but will not go to programming (blue light turns off, no red light). Verified connection on the J1850 terminal is present on the connector. After a reflash, I reached the max flash limit and could not make any more changes.

Hello,

I have reset the flash limit for you.

Make sure when programming nothing is plugged into the OBDII port.

Also just as a suggestion, if any type of quick connect was used such as a t-tap or posi tap, remove it and make a proper spliced connection to the vehicles wire.
