How can I get my Evo all reprogrammed?

Purchased a used toyota highlander that has the Evo- all installed. It Worked for one day then stopped working, I think I accidentally erased the module trying to reprogram it. Any help with what I need to do. Would be great! 

Info on the module : MODEL. EVO-ALL DATE

Hello,

To re program the module follow the programming on page 5, please note when you turn ignition off the blue led should just go out.

Your module is set up for lock 3x start.
