I would start by re pair the remotes to the evo-all: https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/69991/EVO-ALL_QG_FMH-SERIE_D_69991.pdf

If that does not work please call into the tech line when you have the vehicle, module and remotes with you so an agent can go over it with you.

The vehicle doesnt have stop-start system and there is no black wire at the pin 33 of the 56-pin white connector. What should i do?
If the black wire is not present try following the info for with start/stop and checking for the green wire in that case.

it doesn't have start/stop, so in that case there is no green wire.
I see on 04/05/2026 you updated the firmware to 79.78 and re programmed it, I am guessing that had no affect on the rf kit?

The wire should to be present in 1 of the 2 locations. I have seen on vehicles without start/stop still have the green wire present and vice versa as well.

Please provide clear pictures of both the back side of the connectors/locations showing the pin outs as well what said connectors are plugged into in the vehicle. Perhaps this wil help shed light on the issue.

You are also still welcome to call in when you have the module, flasher and vehicle on hand so an agent can go over the programming of the remotes with you:
