Problems loading firmware

I'm trying to flash firmware 4.01 onto an EVO-ALL for a 2016 Ford Fusion to program it using Wizard Mode for a single key. The software freezes and never lets me flash the module. Is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it?

Hello,

Click the gear in the upper right hand corner of the flash link manager program, then click on go to pro mode, from there you can set the module up manually.

Best regards

Thanks for replying! That's how I solved it! But...

I have isolated the issue: The FlashLink Manager freezes only when I select the 1-key programming option (Firmware 4.01) for the 2016 Ford Fusion. If I select the 2-key option, the software works perfectly.

Since I only have one key available and successfully did this same install in December, this seems to be a specific bug with the Firmware 4.01 download or the Wizard Mode path for single-key installations. Is there a known issue with the 4.01 server files?
I just followed the same pathway as you for a 16 fusion key, I am guessing you chose wire to wire since selecting a t-harness negates the keys required to program question.

It worked fine for flashing 4.01 when slecting 1 key programming when I tried it.

I will report this regardless to have it checked by the team that handles the flash link.

Best regards
